 Staff profit from customers. Has no personal approach. Just pair the services, the customer is not important to this company. Only money matters.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Navštívila jsem tuto prodejnu v pátek 29.4.2022 a bylo to velké zklamání. Jsem dlouholetý zákazník Vodafone, ale tak amatérský přístup dvou zaměstnanců, jsem ještě nezažila. Odcházela jsem zklamaná a rozladěná. Mladý pán, který obsluhoval, celou dobu žvýkal s otevřenou pusou žvýkačku a vypadal, že je v práci poprvé, protože mu kolegyně pořád něco vysvětlovala a učila a zákazníci čekali, než si oni vyhrají a slečna přes své mega dlouhé zakroucené řasy vůbec neviděla na zákazníky a při komunikaci s ní, vůbec nebylo vidět, kam se vlastně dívá. Svůj požadavek jsem musela několikrát opakovat, nebylo jí rozumět a stejně jsme při odchodu zjistili, že nám nastavila úplně něco jiného, než jsme chtěli. Takže nejspíš ne že jenom neviděla, ale ani neslyšela. Dosud jsem měla s Vodafonem skvělé zkušenosti, ale po této hrůze přemýšlím, co se stalo s profesionálně zaškoleným personálem na prodejnách. Vím na 100%, že sem už nikdy více.
I visited this store on Friday, April 29, 2022 and it was a big disappointment. I am a long-term Vodafone customer, but I have never experienced such an amateur approach of two employees. I left disappointed and upset. The young gentleman who served chewed chewing gum with his mouth open and seemed to be at work for the first time because his colleague was still explaining and teaching him and the customers were waiting for them to win and the young lady, despite her mega long twisted lashes, could not see the customers at all. and in communicating with her, she could not see where she was actually looking. I had to repeat my request several times, it was not understood, and we still found out when we left that she had set us something completely different than we wanted. So probably not only she didn't see, but she didn't even hear. I've had a great experience with Vodafone so far, but after this horror, I wonder what happened to the professionally trained staff in the stores. I know 100% that I've never been here again.
