vám do očí při uzavírání produktu a poté znova když si stěžujete. Nabídl mi tarif s telefonem kdy mi dal větší tarif než potřebuji s příslibem že si mohu za 3 měsíce přijít tarif snížit, což není pravda. Musela bych doplatit telefon který jsem taky nechtěla. Navedl mě abych telefon prodala v mobilní pohotovosti protoze je to darek ktery se musi vybrat při uzavření smlouvy. Uvěřila jsem jeho sladkým řečem o tom jak se mi cena dražšího tarifu kompenzuje v těch 3 měsících cenou kterou dostanu za prodej telefonu a pak mi tarif sníží na neomezený za 499 Kč. Takže budu platit dva roky 1200 Kč. Pro mě jako pro studentku je toto likvidační. Když tu vidím jak si dal pět hvězdiček do recenze, chce se mi zvracet znova.

I'd have to pay off the phone I didn't want. He prompted me to sell the phone in a mobile emergency because it was a gift that had to be selected when the contract was concluded. I believed in his sweet talk about how the price of a more expensive tariff compensates for the price I get for selling a phone in those three months, and then my tariff will be reduced to $ 499. So I will pay two years 1200 CZK. For me as a student, this is a liquidation. When I see how you put five stars into a review, I want to vomit again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dobrý den, chování pána za pultíkem dnes ráno 16.4.2021 okolo 9:15 bylo arogantní a katastrofální ke mě jako zákazníkovi. Nejen že mi nepomohl, ale více méně si za všechno můžu sám a jsem neschopný. Děkuji že jsem se to dozvěděl právě zde. Snížit cena služeb nejde, protože se to nevyplatí, a nefunkční modem si mohu nechat, ale platit za něj budu dál. Takže moje rozhodnutí? Vypovědět smlouvu O2 a přejít jinam, kde si budou zákazníka vážit.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Opravdu zážitek při návštěvě pobočky!!! jednání s naprosto nekompetentním managerem, který nic nevěděl a stále mě odkazoval na IL nebo se dotazoval s někým po telefonu.
Tady nečekejte, že to, co vám sdělí na prodejně, tak bude dodrženo. Natož ani dodržení ustanovení ve všeobecných obchodních podmínkách společnosti O2.
Smlouva, která tu byla podepsaná, tak už zde nešla ukončit! Cože?
Lži a zavádějící informace o závazku na 24 měsíců,
Tady můžete uzavřít smlouvu na IČ a ani nemusíte být jednatel!!!
