M	Martin Janousek on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Brýle zhotoveny v pořádku, nicméně dodací lhůta byla z důvodu nedbalosti neúměrně dlouhá, obchod reagoval až na mailovou a telefonickou výzvu, sami se neobtěžovali ozvat. Při vyzvednutí hotové zakázky bylo sděleno, že neadekvátní zdržení nelze kompenzovat slevou, protože už "...do ceny zakázky byla sleva předem promítnuta"!!! Navíc prodavač (vedoucí pobočky?) uváděl jakési nesmyslné důvody. Až po diskusi s personálem byla nabídnuta "vysoce hodnotná" kompenzace v podobě hadříku na brýle (!!!) a čisticího spreje. A ještě bylo přidáno ujištění, že záruka začne platit až od data převzetí (to je snad samozřejmost?!?). Přitom by stačila místo vytáček jen jednoduchá a prostá omluva. Ne, tady už nikdy více! The glasses were made in order, however, the delivery time was disproportionately long due to negligence, the store responded only to an e-mail and telephone call, they did not bother to contact themselves. When picking up the finished order, it was stated that the inadequate delay cannot be compensated by a discount, because "... the discount was already projected into the price of the order in advance" !!! In addition, the salesman (branch manager?) Gave some nonsensical reasons. Only after a discussion with the staff was "high value" compensation offered in the form of a cloth for glasses (!!!) and a cleaning spray. And an assurance has been added that the warranty will only be valid from the date of receipt (is that a matter of course?!?). At the same time, instead of dialing, a simple and straightforward apology would suffice. No, never here again!

Samozřejmě, že si každý odnáší jinou zkušenost, někdo lepší jiný horší. Záleží s čím přicházíte a na koho narazíte. Očividně je jednodušší vložit nošené brýle mezi dva kameny a koupit si jiné, než je opravit. Ale jelikož je zdejší personál pohodlný, zde nejde to ani ono. Zajímavá zkušenost, ale raději zavítám jinam! The human factor failed again, at least in this branch. And not to mention friendliness, arrogance and arrogance again! Of course, everyone gets a different experience, someone better another worse. It depends on what you come up with and who you come across. Obviously, it's easier to put the glasses you wear between two stones and buy other ones than to fix them. But since the local staff is comfortable, it doesn't work either. An interesting experience, but I'd rather go somewhere else!
