Po této době jsem našla prodejnu uzavřenou a požadavek, aby mi brýle dodali na jinou (mají jich v kraji víc než dvacet), byl podle jednatele neřešitelný. Prý za 21 dní od objednávky JIŽ bude prodejna otevřena. Po několika telefonátech (pan jednatel už mi telefon nezvedal) jsem si tedy brýle mohla vyzvednout jinde. Při výměně skel v poloobrubách jsou mezi skly a obroučkou na první pohled mezery, tedy nepřesně zabroušená skla. Odůvodnění ze strany prodejce: "Měj jste v brýlích stará neoriginální skla a obruby jsou používáním deformovány." Skla, která jsem měl v brýlích použita, zapadaly přesně do obrub a poškození obrouček není, jelikož jsem je od nova nepoužíval, protože jsem měl v nich špatná skla. Jednání prodavačky bylo sprosté a arogantní. Podána stížnost na vedení InekoOptik, kdy se pan Z. Víšek (jednatel), kde se zastal jednatel prodavačky a nikoli zákazníka. (Pro věrohodnost komentáře jsem ochoten originál korespondence doručit administrátorovi, aby recenze nebyla stažena, že je pravdivá.) Tedy pokud chcete vyměnit skla do obrouček, které nezakoupíte zde na prodejně, tak toto neriskujte. Vaše skla nebudou přesně zabroušena a chyba bude ve Vašich obroučkách, nikoli na prodejně a takto Vám to potvrdí i jednatel společnosti, který brýle ani neviděl osobně. Podivné jednání a doporučuji návštěvu jiné optiky. Skla s obrubou jsem předal do konkurenční optiky na předělání a nyní přesně kopírují obrubu, tedy žádná nepřesnost. Ale bohužel postarší blonďatá paní, co se tvářila jako vedoucí, mě dnes opět intenzivně otrávila a přesvědčila o tom, že si tento podnik myslí kdoví co nejsou. Přehlíživý přístup, zcela očividná snaha se nás co nejrychleji zbavit, naprostý nezájem a otrávenost. Mrzí mě to, ale kvůli očividné předpojatosti a očividnému nezájmu netoužím po další návštěvě a nedoporučil bych ji ani nikomu jinému. Tři hvězdy dávám jenom kvůli milé paní doktorce, která, narozdíl od domnělé paní vedoucí, má sociální cítění a nesnažila se odejít po každé větě, narozdíl od postarší odbarvené domnělé paní vedoucí. Doporučil bych managementu Ineko-Optik, aby se na chování této paní zaměřil, je to hanebnost a především obrovská škoda. A few years ago I bought glasses here, even then my feeling was contradictory.
