We returned recently from the Maldives and so that what does not happen to us, I would like to warn everyone in this way against using the "services" of the CA planets, respectively. Mr Vancl: - the owner knows nothing at all about the offered resorts, only what he reads from the leaflets organized by the travel agency (CA planet is just a bad broker) and is probably governed only by the amount of commission. - It happened to us that the resort (5-star, which corresponded to the price) was under extensive reconstruction and ran in a kind of emergency mode - limited food, drinks, sporting goods, cleaning only on request, etc. - We learned on the spot that we are not entitled to the accommodation that Mr. Vancl promised us (the organizing travel agency apologized to us several times, unfortunately Mr. Vancl does not have so much decency) - In the time of the covid, it is necessary to complete a number of formalities and find out a lot of information - Mr. Vancl will not help at all, I even dare say that he has never tried filling out all sorts of forms, does not know how they work and therefore sends confused and untrue information. From the people who were with us on the island, we learned that the travel agency had handled all these essentials as part of the service. - Mr. Vancl's method of communication is lengthy, non-transparent and you do not know until the last moment what surprises you will encounter (eg vouchers from the travel agency go just before departure, can not find out information about local transfers, ticket seating and you will get (sometimes) only the information you ask explicitly - Since we did not receive the service we paid for, we demanded a refund of some of the money, of course. Mr. Vancl has not yet commented on this, so we are again dealing directly with the organizing travel agency in Germany. We went with CA Planet for the last time for the last time, and I recommend everyone who wants to have their dream vacation without worries to avoid Mr. Vancl with a big bend.
