N	Natálie Jampílková on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Zmeškala jsem o půl minuty autobus a rozhodla jsem se, že zavolám taxík, abych byla včas tam, kam jsem potřebovala. Vybrala jsem toto taxi, má tu dobré celkové hodnocení. Měla jsem 20 min, z toho by cesta trvala do 5 min. Když do 8 min taxík nepřijel, volala jsem zase. Byla jsem ujištena, že auto za chvíli bude. Nestalo se, tak za 3 min jsem zase volala a operator již byl ochoten zavolat řidiči. Zavolat mi nazpátek ho ani nenapadlo, prý proto, že řidic měl být na místě za 30 sekund. Jenže nebyl ani za 5 min, a tak jsem zavolala jiné taxi. Nakonec jsem kvůli této taxi službě se opozdila o 15 min. Chci podotknout, že operátora ani nenapadlo se omluvit za zdržení, zato jsem se dozvěděla, že neřídí boleslavskou dopravu. Přitom v centru doprava vypadala klidně a nebyla žádná špička. I had 20 minutes, of which the journey would take up to 5 minutes. When the taxi did not arrive within 8 minutes, I called again. I was assured that the car would be in a while. It didn't happen, so in 3 minutes I called again and the operator was already willing to call the driver. He didn't even call me back, apparently because the driver was supposed to be in place in 30 seconds. But he wasn't even in 5 minutes, so I called another taxi. Eventually I was 15 minutes late for this taxi service. I would like to point out that the operator did not even think of apologizing for the delay, but I learned that he did not control the Boleslav transport. At the same time, in the center of the traffic she looked calm and there was no peak.

D	Dm Sm on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Prostě nikdy v životě se mi ještě nestalo co jsem zažil s touto "službou". Pan řidič mi odjel před očima protože nebyl schopný počkat 3 minuty (přesně) než sejdeme dolů z patra. A to věděl že jdeme a počítáme s odvozem po proběhlém telefonátu. Při rozhovoru po ujetí (hned jsem volal) se mi stěžoval že to nestíhá a pospíchá. Proč mě jako zákazníka by to mělo zajímat? Proč vůbec objednávku přijal? Přičemž žádný požadavek na "rychlost" jsem neměl. Také proč odjel bez upozornění, nebo alespoň neinformoval že nemůže počkat 4 minuty? Kdybych neviděl na vlastní oči tak bych mohl se domnívat že se netrefil adresou. Ale tohle není autobus, ani tram, ani metro. Když si objednávám taxi službu tak počítám se službou a hodlám za to zaplatit. Pan řidič si zřejmě vzal víc objednávek než je schopen obstarat. Nakonec asi preferoval tu jinou objednávku na delší vzdálenost která se mu vyplatí víc a já jsem šel pěšky. O žádném doporučení nejde vůbec řeč. It just never happened in my life what I experienced with this "service". The driver left before my eyes because he was not able to wait 3 minutes (exactly) before we came down from the floor. And he knew that we were going and expecting to be picked up after the phone call. During the conversation after the ride (I immediately called), he complained to me that he didn't make it and hurried. Why should I, as a customer, be interested? Why did he accept the order at all? And I had no "speed" requirement. Also, why did he leave without warning, or at least not inform that he can't wait 4 minutes? If I didn't see with my own eyes, I could assume that he didn't get the address. But this is not a bus, no tram, no subway. When I order a taxi service, I count on the service and I intend to pay for it. The driver apparently took more orders than he could handle. In the end, he probably preferred the other order for a longer distance, which will pay off more, and I went on foot. There is no recommendation at all.
D	David Niklfeld on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Po poslední zkušenosti kdy jsem se nedočkal na jinou taxi službu jsem zkusil tuto a bylo mi vyhověno do par minut. Řidič byl komunikativní a byla i zábava po cestě. Takže rozhodně vim, kam příště zavolat. Doporučuji. ?? After the last experience when I did not see another taxi service, I tried this and I was satisfied within a few minutes. The driver was communicative and had fun along the way. So I definitely know where to call next time. I recommend. ??

In the end the managed to find me and pick me up cheaper and faster than the other taxi company's. The driver is driving realy save so that's cool too. Thank you taxi MB for goin through that language struggle.
