Paní Erben byla již od prvního kontaktu velmi vstřícná a profesionální. Komunikace byla bez problémů a odpovědi vždy rychlé.
Se všemi našimi požadavky si paní Erben vždy poradila, změna letu, změna typu ubytování v průběhu pobytu a i spousta otázek ohledně covid podmínek a pojištění.
Moc děkujeme za krásnou dovolenou a Vaše služby :)
 We used the services of the travel agency Blue Flemingo and we certainly do not regret this decision.
Mrs. Erben was very helpful and professional from the first contact. Communication was smooth and the answers were always fast.
Mrs. Erben has always dealt with all our requirements, a change of flight, a change of type of accommodation during the stay and also a lot of questions about covid conditions and insurance.
