★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cestovní kancelář jedná chaoticky, objednali jsme si zájezd, druhý den nám bylo ubytování potvrzeno a zaplaceno. Následující den, den před odjezdem nám bylo sděleno, že pro nás ubytovací jednotku nemají, a že je to jakási "chyba systému". Ne vždy je tedy u této kanceláře dovolená po potvrzení a zaplacení jistá! My se tedy rozhodně k této kanceláři nevrátíme.
The travel agency acts chaotically, we booked a trip, the next day our accommodation was confirmed and paid for. The next day, the day before departure, we were told that they did not have an accommodation unit for us and that it was a kind of "system error". Therefore, a holiday at this office is not always certain after confirmation and payment! So we will definitely not return to this office.
