★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ačkoliv jsem nadiktoval číslo objednávky, doma jsem zjistil, že balík neobsahuje vše a ještě dva balíky mi na pobočce nevydali. Prý jsem si to měl pohlídat podle ceny. Jednání hrozné, bez omluvy.
Druhá akce: garance spokojenosti. Slíbí, že pošlou peníze na účet, protože nemají na pobočce hotovost a pak to najednou nejde. Takže tam musím jet znovu, až mít peníze budou. Už si od nich neobjednám.
Although I dictated the order number, I found out at home that the package did not contain everything and they did not give me two more packages at the branch. I was supposed to look after it according to the price. Acting terribly, without apology.
Second action: satisfaction guarantee. They promise to send money to the account because they don't have cash at the branch and then all of a sudden it doesn't work. So I have to go there again when they have the money. I won't order from them anymore.
