★ ★ ★ ★ ★ reklamace trvá neúměrně dlouho jedná o zmenšení prstenu. cca 30-35 dnů. Víte jak vypadá zasnoubená bez prstenu? Prsten za nemalé peníze a krom papíru od reklamace nemám nic. Příště půjdu jinam a to doporučuji všem!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Zmenšení prstenu trvalo skoro 4 týdny, termín dokončení nebyl dodržen. Musela jsem obchod navštívit 3x než byla zakázky hotová. Prodavačky nebyly schopné poslat alespoň SMS se změnou termínu dokončení.
Reducing the ring took almost 4 weeks, the deadline was not met. I had to visit the store three times before the orders were finished. Shop assistants were unable to send at least an SMS with a change in the deadline.

Při reklamaci z vás udělají hlupáka a jeste by jste nejlepe měli klečet na kolenou a děkovat, že vám přijali na reklamaci nekvalitní sperk ?
