Naše situace: chalupa nám kvůli situaci s BE spadla do DPI u ČEZu a i když jsme zareagovali obratem, tak jsme stejně setrvali v DPI přesně jeden měsíc. ČEZ udělal odečet ODHADEM a vyúčtoval nám za měsíc v DPI objem spotřebované elektřiny ve stejné výši, jako na chalupě spotřebujeme za rok. K reklamaci se stavějí negativně. Jde sice jen o pár tisíc, takže nás to nezruinuje, ale je to prasárna takhle využívat situace na trhu a urvat (ukrást) za každou cenu co nejvíc peněz. Je mi jasné, že podobně na tom bude hromada dalších zákazníků. Logicky se s ČEZem nikdo soudit nebude kvůli pár tisícům. * Zároveň je vtipné se podívat na hodnocení zde na Google, jak jim lidé sypou především pět hvězdiček za absolutní spokojenost. To vůbec nevypadá jako systematická práce PR agentury :-) State-sanctified thieves with a sophisticated way of plucking clients. You can't do anything during the complaint. It is clear to me that a lot of other customers will be in a similar situation. Logically, no one will be suing CEZ for a few thousand. * At the same time, it's funny to look at the ratings here on Google, as people pour five stars for their absolute satisfaction. This does not look like systematic work of a PR agency at all :-)
