★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Full of young international professionals who are generally very friendly, competitive salaries, many benefits like in any other international company. However, there is really high fluctuation due to company‘s approach towards employees. In addition there is big openspace with no possibility of some privacy, few meeting rooms and generally equipment below average. Many processes within company are inefficient. In my opinion, the company should definitely include more CSR into its activities.

But if you want to go actually working there.... to avoid.
Only positive things is it is full of young usually open minded international professionals but following a wrong and illusive vision which is to make profit and cut all the cost wherever it is possible. Even if it means decreasings employee (human?) satisfaction.
Not paying extra hours, bonuses when profit is only $1B instead of the forecasted 3. And lot of time wasted organizing useless meetings and presentations full of colors and logos but empty of meaning. If you want to do something meaninful in your life, don't go there.
They expect 200% of you 7 days/7, and to thank you, they give you a "thank you" post-it. When they are done with you, they don't hesitate to kick you out in the condition they want.
High staff turnover due to very bad/irrespectful management .
They call themselves "Technologic company". Lol
