L	Lenka Vondrova on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Velmi pekna hernicka, ale bohuzel to vypada, ze se zmenil provozovatel/obsluha, ktera nas presvedcila, ze uz sem nikdy nepujdeme. Absolutne nepratelsky a drzy pristup s minimalnim pochopenim!!!!!!!!! Navic je celkove prostredi kavarny dost usmudlane, hodne vykramovanych veci v tak malem prostoru (oproti puvodni navsteve), omezeny sortiment dezertu (opet oproti minule navsteve), studena podlaha a chladnejsi prostredi v hernicce… celkove velka skoda a zklamani, hlavne lidsky! Very nice game room, but unfortunately it looks like the operator has changed, who convinced us that we would never come here again. Absolutely hostile and cheeky approach with minimal understanding !!!!!!!!! In addition, the overall environment of the cafe is quite emaciated, a lot of stuffed things in such a small space (compared to the original visit), limited assortment of dessert (again compared to the previous visit), cold floor and cooler environment in the game room - overall great pity and disappointment, especially human!
P	Petra Libichova on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Do Chaloupky jsem chodila rada, nejen kvuli skvele hernicce ale i milemu personalu. To vsak po dnesni velmi kratke navsteve tvrdit jiz nemuzu. Hernicka muze byt sebelepsi ale bez pro-klientskeho pristupu si klientelu opravdu nevytvori. Vystupovani slecny (obsluhy) nebylo adekvatni, jak bych od personalu ocekavala - privitani bylo mile ale pote co jsem na jeji pomoc odpovedela, ze s kocarkem do hernicky pomoci nepotrebuji (vedou do ni schudky), protoze jdu jen za kamaradkami a hned jdu, jeji chovani se otocilo. Vypadalo to, jako bych mladou slecnu urazila. Hned nasadila neprijemny vyraz, jako bych ji oparila horkou vodou. Mela jsem pocit, ze jsem se slecny svoji reakci nejak dotkla a jeste se ji omluvila, ale "normalni" rec s ni nebyla pak mozna, reakce byly velmi chladne. Pote co mi pak kamaradky rekly jejich zkusenost, jsem si jen potvrdila, ze muj dojem nebyl jen nedorozumeni. Ani ony nebyly s obsluhou spokojeny. Takoveto chovani si klientelu opravdu neprilaka. Mrzi mne to, chodila jsem sem rada. I liked going to Chaloupka, not only because of the great hernička but also the nice staff. However, after today's very short visit, I can no longer say that. Hernicka can be the best, but without a pro-client approach, it doesn't really create a clientele. The young lady's service was not as adequate as I would expect from the staff - the welcome was nice, but after I answered her help that I did not need help with the coach to the playroom (they lead to her), because I only go to my friends and I go immediately, her behavior turned around. It was as if I had offended a young lady. She immediately put on an unpleasant expression, as if I had scalded her with hot water. I had the feeling that I had touched my reaction to the girl and apologized to her, but a "normal" speech was not possible with her, the reactions were very cold. After my friends told me about their experience, I just confirmed that my impression was not just misunderstood. They were also not satisfied with the service. Such behavior does not really attract clients. I'm sorry, I liked coming here.
J	Jana Lipkova on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Chaloupku jsme navštívili při příležitosti konání oslavy kamarádky mojí dcery a mohu říct, že určitě budeme herničku navštěvovat pravidelně. Velmi příjemné a útulné prostředí, děti tam najdou k zabavení spoustu věcí. Jsou tam hračky, které "mají smysl", včetně trampolíny, skluzavky, kuchyňky, kutilského stolečku, domečku, jezdítek...Obsluha velmi milá. Vstupné není přehnané, domácí limonáda je moc dobrá, Latte taky, zbytek ochutnáme příště ? Jako plus beru i to, že je možné vše konzumovat i přímo v hrací části, kde jsou děti, ne pouze u baru u stolu. Těšíme se na další návštěvu ? We visited the cottage on the occasion of my daughter's friend's celebration and I can say that we will definitely visit the game hall regularly. Very nice and cozy environment, children will find there to seize a lot of things. There are toys that "make sense", including trampolines, slides, kitchenettes, DIY table, house, riders ... The staff is very nice. Admission is not exaggerated, homemade lemonade is very good, Latte too, we will taste the rest next time ? As a plus I also take the fact that it is possible to consume everything in the play area, where there are children, not only at the bar at the table. We look forward to your next visit ?
D	Diana Ivasenko on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ V Chaloupce jsme oslavili narozeniny dcerky, byla to moc příjemná událost! Všechno bylo nachystano už před domluvenou hodinou, slečny odvedly dobrou práci! Milé mě překvapilo, že dětský program slečna dokázala přeložit taky do angličtiny, čímž zahrnula do hry taky děti, které český neumí. Pohoštění, které zůstalo, nám zabalily s sebou. Tímto způsobem bych taky ráda poděkovala za vstřícnost při nutnosti preplanovani datumu akce. Určitě doporučujeme! We celebrated our daughter's birthday in Chaloupka, it was a very pleasant event! Everything was ready before the agreed hour, the girls did a good job! I was pleasantly surprised that the young lady was also able to translate the children's program into English, which also included children who do not know Czech. The leftover entertainment was packed with us. In this way, I would also like to thank you for your helpfulness in rescheduling the date of the event. Definitely recommended!

V Chaloupce jsem byla asi po čtvrté a poslední návštěva s nepříjemnou obsluhou mě nemile překvapila. Přivítání obsluhou bylo milé, ale pak se bez důvodu vše změnilo. Obličej slečny byl přímo odstrašující. Bodavý pohled, který se při odchodu stupňoval až vyvrcholil ve velmi drzé jednání, kdy si v herně hrály ještě ostatní děti a obsluha nás osočila, ať nezapomene uklidit. Po mém výroku, že jsme po ročních dětech samozřejmě uklidily, a ostatní děti si tam ještě hrají, se ozvala s tím, že to teda fakt není vidět velmi jedovatým tónem. Znovu jsem odpověděla, že jsme uklidily. Nicméně při placení znovu řekla ať to tam teda jdeme ještě uklidit. Nesetkala jsem se v žádné herně s takovým přístupem! Je mi to moc líto, předešlá obsluha (tmavovlasá milá slečna, tuším Adéla - nevím) byla na jedničku s hvězdičkou. Co se týče sortimentu, dříve byl výběr z více domácích zákusků, teď jen laciné obyčejné zákusky. Doufám, že jsme měly jen ten den "smůlu". Beautiful fairly clean game room with lots of toys for small and older children. I was in Chaloupka for about the fourth time and the last visit with unpleasant staff surprised me unpleasantly. The welcome was nice, but then everything changed for no reason. The young lady's face was frightening. The stabbing look, which escalated upon departure, culminated in a very cheeky act, when other children were playing in the playroom and the staff told us not to forget to clean up. After my statement that we cleaned up after the one-year-olds, of course, and the other children are still playing there, she said that it really isn't visible in a very poisonous tone. I replied that we had cleaned up. However, when paying, she said again, let's go clean it there. I have not encountered such an approach in any game room! I'm very sorry, the previous staff (dark-haired dear lady, I guess Adela - I don't know) was number one with an asterisk. As for the assortment, there used to be a selection of more homemade desserts, now only cheap ordinary desserts. I hope we only had "bad luck" that day.
