 Nice cottage, beautifully furnished and repaired. We spent a wonderful week here with friends and family.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vkusně a útulně vybavená chalupa se vším, co k tomu patří, vhodná pro rodinnou dovolenou v zimě (v blízkosti lyžařský areál Plešivec a kvalitní bežkařské trasy) i v létě (cyklostezky pro rekreační i náročné cyklisty, vhodné pro pěší turistiku), majitelé milí a vstřícní, mohu jen doporučit.
Tastefully and cosily equipped cottage with everything that goes with it, suitable for family holidays in winter (near the ski resort Plešivec and quality cross-country trails) and in summer (bike paths for recreational and demanding cyclists, suitable for hiking), the owners nice and accommodating, I can only recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Parádní místo pro dovolenou na lyžích a běžkách. Dovedeme si to tady představit i v létě na kole, rádi se budeme vracet. Příjemné prostředí, krásná příroda, útulné nové a čisté ubytování na hodně dobrém místě. Komunikace s majitelem na jedničku, doporučujeme.
Great place for skiing and cross-country skiing. We can imagine it here in the summer on a bike, we will be happy to return. Pleasant environment, beautiful nature, cozy new and clean accommodation in a very good location. Communication with the owner to the first, we recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Krásná, nově a citlivě zrekonstruovaná chalupa. Několik ložnic, dvě koupelny, velký společný prostor s kamny a dobře zařízenou kuchyní. Majitelé jsou moc milí a je vidět, že vše dobře promysleli. Určitě přijedu zase :-)
Beautiful, newly and sensitively renovated cottage. Several bedrooms, two bathrooms, a large common area with a stove and a well-equipped kitchen. The owners are very nice and it can be seen that they thought everything well. I will definitely come again :-)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2 Wochen Winterferien 2022 - Familie mit Oma, Eltern, Teenager, Kind und Säugling und 2 Hunden. Perfekt! Tolles, recht frisch saniertes Haus, kleines umzäuntes Grundstück für Hunde und Kinder ;), viel Platz in den 3 Schlafzimmern und 2 Duschbädern, gemütliches Wohnzimmer mit tollem Kachelofen (reichlich Holz inklusive). Hervorragend ausgestattete Küche. Der Plesberg gegenüber, Fichtel- und Keilberg in der Nähe (jeweils ca. 15-20 min Auto), ebenso Johanngeorgenstadt, Oberwiesenthal und Karlsbad. Tolle Loipen und Rodelstrecken direkt um die Ecke ebenso wie ein gut ausgestatter Laden und ein Skiverleih. Wir hatten reichlich Schnee und gutes Wetter, die Sturmtage haben wir auch gut verkraftet. Bei Nachfragen stand uns Filip per Nachricht stets rasch und freundlich zur Verfügung. Alles in allem ein sehr gelungener Urlaub, gern wieder.
Beachten sollte man, dass der Winterdienst suboptimal und die Bürgersteige im Ort sehr schmal bzw. nicht begehbar (Schnee) waren - daher oft Laufen auf engen Straßen und vereisten Flächen (Spikes empfohlen).
2 weeks winter holidays 2022 - family with grandma, parents, teenager, child and baby and 2 dogs. Perfect! Great, fairly freshly renovated house, small fenced property for dogs and children ;), plenty of space in the 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with shower, cozy living room with a great tiled stove (including plenty of wood). Superbly equipped kitchen. The Plesberg opposite, Fichtelberg and Keilberg nearby (each approx. 15-20 min by car), as well as Johanngeorgenstadt, Oberwiesenthal and Karlsbad. Great cross-country ski runs and toboggan runs right around the corner, as well as a well-stocked shop and ski rental. We had plenty of snow and good weather, and we coped well with the stormy days. If we had any questions, Filip was always available to us quickly and friendly by message. All in all a very successful holiday, gladly again.
One should note that the winter service was suboptimal and the sidewalks in the village were very narrow or not accessible (snow) - therefore often walking on narrow streets and icy surfaces (spikes recommended).
