F	Frank Kempt on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ War heute mit meinem Rad-Kollegen in Tschechien unterwegs. Da es sehr stark regnete,wollten wir uns aufwärmen und etwas essen und trinken. Die unhöfliche Chefin empfing uns harsch und wieß uns einen Platz im Vorzimmer zu. Die Bestellung nahm sie mit versteinertem Gesicht auf. An uns kanns nicht gelegen haben,denn wir waren sehr höflich und verhielten uns nett. Auch ein zweites deutsches Pärchen sah das genau so und sind auch ohne Essen zu bestellen vorzeitig wieder gegangen. Der Tee kam sehr spät..wahrscheinlich wurden noch die Teeblätter gepflückt. Ob es uns schmeckt wurde garnicht erst gefragt...selbst ein Getränk nachbestellen passierte erst auf zweiter Nachfrage. Ich bin übrigens sehr gern im Nachbarland und komm auch immer wieder. Doch diese unfreundliche und primitive Bedienung habe ich das letzte mal in der alten DDR erlebt. Mein nächster "Kneipen"-Halt wird wieder auf dem Keilberg sein. Dort sind Radler gern gesehen...können sogar gratis ihr e-bike nachladen und nasse Sachen trocknen. Went today with my bike colleague in the Czech Republic. Since it was raining heavily, we wanted to warm up and eat and drink something. The rude boss received us harshly and gave us a seat in the anteroom. The order took her on a petrified face. It could not have been us, because we were very polite and behaved nice. A second German couple saw the same way and are also without food to order prematurely gone. The tea was very late..probably the tea leaves were picked. Whether we like it was not even asked ... even a reorder drink happened only on second demand. Incidentally, I'm very much in the neighboring country and come again and again. But I have experienced this unfriendly and primitive service the last time in the old GDR. My next "pub" stop will be back on the Keilberg. There cyclists are welcome ... can even charge their e-bike for free and dry things wet.
C	Cz.linet Mobile.216 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pred penzionem u cesty stoji cedule "acko"-nebyla to vlci mlha 5 osob,ktera uvadi,ze tepla jidla jsou do 21:00.Proto jsme se otaceli a do penzionu se vraceli s tim,ze se najime.Samozrejme chapu,ze ubytovani hoste maji prednost k veceri.Ale v 16:00 jsme pro vecere byli odmitnuti-doprovazeno opravdu otravenym oblicejem obsluhujici pani.Nevadi,byla nam mistnimi policisty doporucena restaurace Pod Lipami ve Vejprtech,ktera praskala ve svech,i tak byla obsluha skvela,kolkovanou zadost s rezervaci nebylo treba mit a bylo to dobre investovanych 1200 Kc :-).Proto pro nahodne kolemj(e)douci NEDOPORUCUJI.Ubytovani,verim,maji zkusenost jinou,nebot jim personal jiste venuje plne svou pozornost:-) In front of the pension by the road stands the sign "Acko" - it was not a wolves fog of 5 people who say that the heat of food is until 21:00. but at 16:00 we were refused for dinner - accompanied by a really annoying face serving Mrs..Nevadi, the local police officers recommended the restaurant Pod Lipami in Vejprty, which cracked in their own, but the service was great, stamped it was not necessary to book with it and it was well invested 1200 CZK :-) Therefore, for random snooker (s) do NOT recommend it.
I	Inventar Ring on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Update vom 8.2.2020: Die Bedienung (=Chefin) ist anfangs eher sehr reserviert und unfreundlich. Aber beim zweiten Versuch erkennt sie einen wieder. Und taut auf. Und auf einmal freundlich und hilfsbereit. Ich bleibe dabei sanitäranlagen, sauber, aber besser nicht zu besuchen. Platz zu bekommen ist glücksache. Man muss vorsichtig nachfragen. Aber nun das ganz gute Essen mit einer freundlicheren Bedienung. Ein viel schöneres Ambiente. Also einen Stern mehr. Und wichrig: freies schnelles WLAN :-) 2.1.2020 Trübselige Bedienung in einem kleinen zum Restaurant umgebauten Wohnhaus. Kann oft sein, dass man außerhalb der Öffnungszeiten kommt und zurückgewiesen wird. Die Öffnungszeiten werden je nach Lust mit Kreide außen an eine Tafel geschrieben. Wenn man doch einen Platz bekommen hat, dann schmeckt das Essen, wenn es irgendwann mal gebracht wird, einigermaßen gut. (Ausser Palatschinken) Update from February 8th, 2020: The service (= boss) is initially rather reserved and unfriendly. But on the second try, she recognizes you. And thaws. And suddenly friendly and helpful. I stick to sanitary facilities, clean, but better not to visit. Getting space is a matter of luck. You have to ask carefully. But now the really good food with a friendlier service. A much nicer ambience. So one more star. And important: free fast WiFi :-) 2.1.2020 Gloomy service in a small house converted into a restaurant. It can often be that you come outside of the opening times and get turned away. The opening times are written in chalk on the outside of a blackboard, depending on your needs. If you've got a seat, the food tastes reasonably good when it is brought out at some point. (Except pancakes)
M	Markus Kuthan on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wir hatten nach einem Besuch in Hammerwiesenthal einen Abstecher in dieses Restaurant gemacht. Obwohl die Küche in wenigen Minuten schloß, konnten wir noch eine große Bestellung abgeben. Das tschechische Bedienungen an sich nicht die freundlichsten sind, ist mir als Deutscher mit tschechischer Abstammung durchaus bekannt. Darüber schmunzelt man nach 40 Jahren nur noch, da es wirklich nicht persönlich gemeint ist. Aber zurück zum Essen. Das war wirklich alles sehr sehr lecker. Wir hatten typisch böhmische Speisen und die waren alle Top! Als dann die Rechnung kam, dachten wir, die gute Frau hätte sich verrechnet. Wir würden definitiv wiederkommen. After visiting Hammerwiesenthal we made a detour to this restaurant. Although the kitchen closed in a few minutes, we could still make a big order. The Czech waiters are not the friendliest, I know as a German with Czech descent. It only makes you smile after 40 years, because it really is not meant personally. But back to the food. That was really very delicious. We had typical Bohemian food and they were all top! When the bill came, we thought the good woman had miscalculated. We would definitely come back.
R	Romana Hájková on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mahitele jsou jedini zamestnanci, tudiz kdyz je tam vic jak 3 stoly lidi, cekate hodinu na jidlo a jeste dostanete drzkovou od majitelky, ze bohuzel maji jen jeden sporak a zadneho zamestnance a nic jineho jak jsou chudaci neslysite. Pak vam da kazdemu mini venecek jako dik ?? urcite nedoporučuji!!! Mahitele are the only employees, so when there are more than 3 tables people, wait an hour for food and still get brazen from the owner, unfortunately they have only one stove and a back employee and nothing else as poor people can not hear. Then I would like to recommend to you every mini mini dog like dik ?? definitely not recommended !!!

Zastavili jsme tedy s hladovými dětmi, navlékli sebe i je do bund, vstoupili dovnitř a v 16:00 nám paní oznámila, že z jidla nic nebude, protože budou dávat večeře ubytovaným hostům... Skutečně POHODA... Nikdy víc. edit na základě odpovědi vlastníka: ty cedule, o kterých mluvím, jsou vidět i v Google Street View, dále bych rád podotkl, že nájezd 1000 horských turistů se netýká penzionu POHODA, protože jejich prostory zely prázdnotou a koneckonců, na zvláštní přístup, koukám, upozorňují i další recenzenti + už sama reakce vlastníka mluví sama za sebe. Prostě pro některé restauratéry je stále problém, když jim přijdou lidi... :-) Hezký den. Special approach. Outside signs that are hot food all day until 21:00. So we stopped with the hungry children, put ourselves and them in their jackets, walked in and at 16:00 the lady told us that nothing will be of food, because they will give dinners to accommodated guests ... Really WELL ... Never again. edit based on the owner's reply: the signs I’m talking about are also visible in Google Street View, and I would like to point out that the 1000 mountain hike raid does not apply to POHODA, because their spaces were empty and after all other reviewers also warn + the owner’s response speaks for itself. Just for some restaurateurs is still a problem when they come people ... :-) Have a nice day.
M	Mathias Heller on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ein tolles Restaurant mit einem perfekten Preis/Leistungsverhältnis. Die Speisen werden alle frisch zubereitet und schmecken hervorragend. Tipp: Die Knoblauchsuppe gehört zu den Besten um den Keilberg herum. ??? A great restaurant with a perfect price / performance ratio. The dishes are all freshly prepared and taste great. Tip: The garlic soup is one of the best around the Keilberg. ???
