Both gentlemen behind the counter have a pro-customer approach, but as soon as you walk out the door, they'll turn you into a levar. In my case, it was a question of replacing almost new tires, which I stored with them in the autumn, with others with about 2 mm lower tread depth. Both the bald and the one with the mustache, they are both crooked every inch.

So I have very mixed feelings. They do exactly what should be in every service, but it also has its exact counterpart. I bought 4 car tires from them. The Lord was very accommodating and helpful on the phone, arranging just in time. I waited a maximum of 15 minutes. The car went to the workshop, 3 mechanics took over the work and after a while it was done. They packed the old tires and threw them in the trunk. Then OK Now the second page. After changing the tire, the willing gentleman came up with the idea of ​​changing almost CZK 1,000. My dolls spun. And that my bikes are bad and had to balance a lot and that the weights cost a lot and the handling and packing etc ... I paid and left ... Before I got to Litvínov, my steering wheel started to knock, so I wondered if the wheel did not go, so immediately to the pump. wheel OK, but somehow someone forgot to tighten it. I then went to the service station in Litvínov because of the brakes and I say that the steering wheel still vibrates gently and the mechanic tells me what I bought for the tire, that there are enough weights for the new tire. Then he noticed the tire marks and asked which "artist" (he said another word that could not be published) said that every service should know what the tire marks mean. He was willing and plune zul and put on the signs. Almost all the weights went down. The wheels don't even move ... So I think the right experts need to be sought elsewhere. They are willing here, but their work is not worth their price !!!
