A	Alondra Torres on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This hotel is very good. The room we got is really big for our family and comfortable. The hotel is close by to the train station so it’s easy to go places. Only thing is that there is no air conditioning and just one small fan per room. Otherwise, this hotel is a great place to stay.
G	Gustavo Lessa on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice hotel! Really clean, awesome breakfast (loads of options!), friendly staff and good location! Shower pressure was perfect! Really comfortable. Downsides (that made me give 4 stars): - Really warm room (I was there during the summer, so it was even hard to sleep), while outside was fresh. They have a fan, but definitely should have AC. - Many TV channels were just flickering and impossible to actually be watched. - The breakfast hours are really strict. If it is said that 10:30am it is finished, you have to actually leave the area at 10:30am, instead of not being able to get more food. It might be Czech's culture.
s	stuart on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hotel is very handily located by the metro. There are plenty of bars in the area and there is an Italian restaurant right next door. Rooms are clean and tidy. Only downside is the lift is a bit small. Staff are really helpful one woman even got a member of our party a bottle of port for his birthday.
E	Eknath Mutyala on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hotel is Good, Breakfast is Good, Staff in the Hotel including the front end administration were helpful for the city tour of helping us out with trams and trains timetables.. The only thing which I didn't felt good was no availability of plug points inside the room for mobile,iPads,powerbanks and laptops. We have to disconnect the night bulb plug and use it for single mobile charging which is quite annoying for every customer who gets into the hotel
N	Nikita Sharma on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Located in close proximity to the metro and tram stations, this hotel has made pretty efficient use of the narrow plot it is built on and the rooms do not suffer tiny dimensions as a result of this. The staff has been very helpful and frindly from the first day of our stay. Lots of Supermarkets near by which is very convenient when looking for inexpensive dinner options.

The only thing that we didn't like was that it smells of food in the room but it was close to the kitchen so we understood. But it was actually clean and quiet, and really close to the metro station.

The room was comfortable and had everything we needed. The hotel manager left a lovely note on the door as we were out for my daughter wishing her a happy birthday, was a lovely touch
