I had reservation on apartment ricci on this date. ricciApartment charged my credit card but didnt let me check in i have just complained about the check in time. i have already reported. when you want to booking on this apartment take care. dont pay befor arriving.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Room has no proper ventilation, no AC. There was a daycare under our balcony with screaming, crying kids all day. At night the guest above were partying until 2-3 in the morning, even with the 10 p.m. quite time. Spent 2 nights of sleepless hell here. And 3 days of crying kids in a stuffy hot apartment. Staff was also less then friendly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I do not recommend booking with Ricci Apartments, sometimes referred to as Boutique Lofts Apartment. They cancelled our booking 30 minutes before arriving forcing us to look for an alternative. We were not allowed in the appartment and there was no further communication. Our taxi driver in Prague told us he often drives couples with a similar or worse experience and recommended us to get a hotel, saying most of the appartment accomodations have a untrustworthy, scam-like nature.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's a lovely place. Large rooms for kids to run around. Comfortable beds. Superb staff. It's our second home now. Will always stay here any day and anytime we visit Prague. Location is excellent. Can easily connect to trams, metro etc. My family love the place. Keep it up staff!!!!.internet is good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ For a stay in Prague the Ricci Apartments are a good choice. The rooms are clean and well prepared. The staff is friendly and tries to solve any problem which could be. Parking lots are on the street, if you like thave one in the garage, you have to reserve one by email before.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not bad, but not great. Got checked into a double room... with my mother. Room had no complete cutlery set, just odds and ends. Only one towel for a whole week, as well as one toilet roll. Shower leaked and the roof was literally peeling off. Cleaners didn’t seem to clean either...
That said, the location is perfect and the balcony is a perfect sun trap. Not too loud either.
