Na baru fronta na placeni. Proste tak jak si to soudruzi v 80tych letech predstavovali. Za me naposledy ... Obsluha vám může pokazit úsměv na tváři. Jinak restaurace je krásně zařízená. If you want to go on a trip to Bramberk, do not forget to take a snack with you in your backpack. Pivo nic moc, ceny asi bezne. Vezměte si s sebou hotovost, placení terminálu nefunguje. Ubytovani - Pokoje jsou hezké a nové, zde muzu vytknout jen zavesove tyce, ktere vam pri zatahovani-roztahovani zavesu maji tendenci spadnout. Chata nejspis neni zkolaudovana jelikoz nejsou vyznaceny unikove cesty ani pozarni plan neni nikde viditelny. Mozna je to malickost, ale vzhledem k tomu, ze se topi drevem v nejnizsim patre, a chata je ve smes drevena, mi to prijde dost nebezpecne. Ale jak píší ostatní recenzenti, obsluha stojí za nic, servírky vaší návštěvou nejsou příliš potěšené a působí značně otráveně. I really like the new renovated interior, it is really very nice. I was here twice a meal and I always enjoyed it. But, as other reviewers write, the staff is worth nothing, the waitresses are not very pleased with your visit and look very annoyed.

Takže jsme natrenovali svlékání, sezení a oblékání. To je vše co jsme tam zažili. Ale aspoň jsme poznali skvělé služby restaurace u Toníčka o pár set metrů níže. 25 minutes waiting. If the point of this evaluation was how the staff could ignore the guests, I would give them 10 stars out of 5. So we taught them to undress, sit and dress. That's all we experienced there. But at least we got to know the great service of the restaurant at Toníček a few hundred meters below.

Po 15ti minutách jsme si museli přivolat servírku, aby vůbec přišla ke stolu na objednávku. Otrávený obličej, nulový oční kontakt. Kyselo bez jediné houby mdlé chuti. Guláš chuťově OK, knedlíky oschlé, jídlo studené. Záchody čisté, chybí mýdlo. Na výlet na Bramberk si berte svačinu a na oběd jeďte jinam. Interior nicely tastefully furnished, but here ends the positives. You are bothering the presence. After 15 minutes we had to call a waitress to come to the table to order. Poisoned face, no eye contact. Sour without a single mushroom of a faint taste. Goulash taste OK, dumplings dried, food cold. Toilets clean, soap missing. Take a snack for a trip to Bramberk and go for lunch elsewhere.

Jídlo strašné polévka při vaření pripalena a byla cítit, guláš se nedal jíst, po reklamaci stažen z nabídky. Nice environment, but that's it, terrible service that came on demand after twenty minutes, terrible waiting time for food, drink. Food terrible soup burned during cooking and was felt goulash could not be eaten, after complaint withdrawn from the menu.

Dalších 40 minut jsme čekali na jídlo a pití, které ani nedokázali donést zároveň. Už nikdy více. I have never experienced such terrible service as here. We waited 30 minutes for the menu. For another 40 minutes we waited for food and drink, which they could not even bring at the same time. Nevermore.
