L	La Sa on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beautiful surroundings & good location. The room was okay but the AC didn’t work or maybe there was something wrong with the ventilation, therefore it was too warm at night (April/May!). Breakfast was very basic.
J	Jiří Blacký on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Restaurant: a tap water for a drink should be free of charge in a decent restaurant. We ordered a 1l carafe of tap water there and when paying there was Bonaqua 0.25 - 39Kc on a bill! Beware of this hotel's restaurant!
T	Tomas Maksimavičius on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was in restaurant of this hotel. Quality of food was bad, bartender couldn't even bring a sugar. What's more, keep attention on prices they ask you to pay. I paid too much, compared with what was written in menu.
F	F. U. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ +++ great location --- definitely not a 4* hotel. Stylish at first sight but I wouldn't recommend that. There was some mold in the bathroom and the shower was almost clogged. The cleaning staff should be more consistent. We also found two spiders, two silverfish and many ants in the bathroom so we better kept the bathroom door closed at all times. We asked for a double bed and got twin bed, the receptionist was unwilling to resolve the situation despite the hotel was half empty. The breakfast was poor, missing food in the buffet so I would recommend coming to the restaurant at 8 AM if you want to choose what you like. Based on other reviews we didn't dare to try the cafe nor the restaurant (just the breakfast which was included) The walls in the room were so thin I heard every sound coming from the neighbor's toilet, was waking up when the toilet was flushed... The fridge was also noisy so we had to turn it off
F	Fabricio Paschoal on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent service. Comfortable tables and seats with that stunning view to Lednice Castle. More than recommended. They have menu in English, German and Czech. Place to park the bikes and after I recommend the ice-cream in the parking outside. There is a kind lady with a delicious vanilla-chocolate or vanilla-strawberry ice-cream.
l	lisa on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We didn’t sleep here but had a lunch. The interior of the restaurant is quite pretty and the drinks are good. We thought the food was a bit simple and did not taste good. Service is fast, but sometimes a bit too fast. And a bit grumpy it seemed. I would not recommend going here to eat.

The pork steak so hard it hurt your gums, weird salad with atrocious combination of apples, grapes and celery ( barely eatable piece of chicken on top), dry schnitzel and half uncooked potatoes. The stuff did not speak English or tried to understand. They were not outwardly rude. I guess it's a sign of 4* hotel. The price of all of this was the last drop. Please spend 3 minutes to leave the castle grounds and choose among many cafes and restaurants available here. Your stomach will thank you later!

There's a restaurant where we had a pretty good meals and personal is great. Despite hotel is 4stars rated it could be better. Especially cleanliness. It's probably kind of an older hotel and some changes would be good. Although we had a good experience. But next time we would chose a different hotel in this area.
