V	Veronika Filova on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Když jsem do kavárny nakoukla jak to tam vypadá a funguje stala fronta podél pultu, bylo plno tak že se vrátím zachvili. Když jsem se vrátila po 5 minutách, předemnou byl jeden člověk, postavila jsem se za něj a čekala, mezi tím přišlo XY lidi a začali stát z druhé strany, i když paní viděla že jsem přišla dávno před nimi a čekám, začala vesele obsluhovat každého z druhé strany, po 10 minutách, pár ozvaní se a 5ti obsloizených lidech co přišli po mě, jsem to vzdala a odešla a jsem ráda..? When I peeked into the cafe what it looks like and the queue along the counter became working, it was full so I would be back in no time. When I returned after 5 minutes, there was one person in front, I stood behind him and waited, in the meantime XY people came and started from the other side, even though the lady saw that I came long before them and waited, she started cheerfully serving everyone on the other hand, after 10 minutes, a few echoes and 5 obsessed people who came for me, I gave it up and left and I'm glad..?

Káva se nedala pomalu ani dopít, zákusky nekvalitní za hodně peněz, taktéž na vytíženost kavárny oschlé dezerty jejíchž chuť dala jasně najevo z jak "kvalitních" surovin jsou vyrobeny... Bez obsluhy, bez zájmu ... Interiér a exteriér taky bez kvality . Takový podnik na této adrese nemá co dělat... Zámecká cukrárna? Ani náhodou... It's a pity that we didn't look at the reviews before we came here ... The coffee couldn't be finished even, the desserts were of poor quality for a lot of money, Unattended, uninterested ... Interior and exterior also without quality. Such a company at this address has nothing to do ... Castle confectionery? No way...

They got delivery of cakes early in the morning and as we were exiting hotel we saw all the opened boxex which contained cakes. They had those opened boxes evrywhere, on tables, on counter and on THE FLOOR! We also experienced their arrogant service. Ordered Coke and the lady served warm Coke. As I asked if I could get some ice to cool it a little, she replied that they do not have Ice. Upon paying the bill and leaving some extra money we respectfully said goodbye while exiting. Two ladies that work there completly ignored us while sitting at the table (mentioned for guests) talking to each other.

She was licking her fingers and the spatula, then using it again to serve cakes to clients. She even did it in front of them... Unacceptable behaviour, i do not recommend this place
M	Martin Palecek on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice place. Very nice coffee. Unfortunately, the self service only. What is more important: the best ice cream ever!! If you are in the ice cream then this is the place you should go. I recommend some unusual flavors like 'red velvet' or 'ginger bread'.

Outside is only self service and inside is not much better, because staff is just terrible. Ice cream is ok-is, but strongly recommending do not try coffee or cakes.

There were two waitress, super busy with their phones. I was looking at them the whole time with high expectations ? one of then came my direction, ignored me and start to clean table next to us ? obviously, they don’t need any profit, so we walked away. Please, foreign visitors, this is not Czech hospitality!!!
