Nabídnout všem milovníkům mexické kuchyně autentické jídlo z kvalitních surovin a k tomu typickou středoamerickou pohostinnost – právě proto Mária a Otoniel rádi vítají zákazníky ve svém bistru Chile y Limón v Lidické ulici v Praze na Smíchově.
„Jsem Slovenka žijící v Praze,“ říká Mária, „ale život mě nejprve zavál do Francie, kde jsem se naučila vychutnávat skvělé jídlo a pití. Po návratu do Prahy se stále věnuji výrobě nábytku, ale moje vášeň k jídlu je tak velká, že jsem se po seznámení s Otonielem nadchla i pro mexickou kuchyni.“
Oto totiž pochází z Monterrey ze severního Mexika. „Do Prahy jsem přicestoval před jedenácti lety a od té doby se tu s kamarády věnuji vaření a snažím se rozdávat radost a lásku k mexickému jídlu.“

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We ate at this great little place yesterday for the first time and we are definitely going back soon! The place feels like Mexico from the beginning, the moment you enter you hear the same Mexican music you would hear in Mexico, smell the wonderful ingredients and are greeted by a friendly staff. They offered us to try the salsas with a few of “totopes” (chips) to decide what kind we want in our food. And the dishes were delicious as well!
We ordered quesadilla and a Mexican bowl with rice.

I had this is to-go, I can't wait to eat it in the bistro next time.
I would appreciate if the spicy option was a bit spicier, but I understand the country I'm in ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Well .. first you have to know uts Nota restaurant it's place that do delivery few places to sit and eat. But the food is great and the ladies that serve you are nice and friendly.
I enjoy a great chicken borito and took another small meat borito and enjoy evert bite.
