Jednání paní jednatelky i realitní agentky, která organizovala prohlídky, bylo velmi vstřícné, milé a profesionální. Smlouvy byly férově a transparentně definované. Během celého procesu koupě bytu jsme měli přehled, co se děje a jaké jsou další kroky. Nic nebyl problém, komunikace byla neuvěřitelně rychlá, dokonce i mimo pracovní dobu. Oceňujeme preciznost, dobré rady a bohaté zkušenosti. We can only recommend the CHIRŠ real estate agency in Břevnov. The meeting of the executive and the real estate agent who organized the tours was very helpful, nice and professional. Contracts were fairly and transparently defined. During the whole process of buying an apartment, we had an overview of what is happening and what are the next steps. Nothing was a problem, communication was incredibly fast, even outside working hours. We appreciate precision, good advice and rich experience.

Jednate s nimi a resite upravu rezervacni smlouvy, s maklerem zodpovedny za danou nemovitost se po par revizich a hovorech domluvite na forme smlouvy..pak se vydate k podepsani, ale pul hodiny pred vam volaji ze to musi jeste zkouknout jejich advokat. Nakonec to prevezme pan reditel a zasle vam smlouvu, na kterou vy obratem reagujete ale odpovedi uz se nedockate. Pak vam jen prijde email ze to dali nekomu jinemu a jak pan reditel tak makler si zablokuji vase cislo abyste nahodou nechteli vysvetleni. Takze opravdu NE!!! I absolutely do not recommend this property! You negotiate with them and resolve the adjustment of the reservation contract, after a few inspections and calls you agree with the broker responsible for the property on the form of the contract..then you go to sign, but half an hour before you call that their lawyer has to examine it. In the end, the director takes over and sends you a contract, to which you immediately respond, but you will not receive an answer. Then you just get an email that they gave it to someone else, and both the director and the broker will block your number so that you don't want to explain it by chance. So really NO !!!
