★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ordered a bouquet from them and did not reach destination at all. This is F***ing valentines day and they ruined it for me. Not to talk it wasn't cheap at all.
The worst part is that the web page allows purchasing in English but the lady in the telephone number hanged the phone when I asked about "talking in English".
I most definitely do not recommend it.

- But I know they arrived on time - and the online experience is easy

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Be careful, they could deliver the wrong flowers (and not the flowers you ordered, e.g. red roses in a white box instead of pink ones in a pink box) and reply that it's OK, it was a "dark - pink" color... So don't spend a lot of the time selecting something, as we did, since it will be a surprise anyway, what you really will receive...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Update: I changed my review from 5 to 4 stars because I was supposed to receive a bottle of white wine and it was not delivered. After calling them, they said they would deliver the wine separately.
My family sent me flowers, chocolates and white wine. The flowers came perfect and were so beautiful. The delivery driver was nice and friendly. Overall, I still recommend using their services as they corrected their mistake.
