H	Hana Hladíková on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Velmi pozitivně hodnotím, že jsou služby bez objednání a doba čekání i přesto nebývá tak strašná. Byla jsem zde na chirurgii už několikrát a velmi záleží, na jakého zrovna narazíte lékaře. Někteří jsou trochu protivní, ale potřebnou péči většinou dostanete. Dneska jsem přišla s poraněným kotníkem, na který jsem nemohla došlápnout a sestřička na recepci mě poslala domů, že už mají stopstav, že v 7 zavírají. Pokud by nebylo na internetu napsáno, že pacienty přijímají do půl 7, rozuměla bych tomu. Pokud ovšem toto uvádí na stránkách, nepřijde mi fér, že mi v 18:10 řeknou, že mám až přijít ráno. Pro mne s bolavou nohou nebylo vůbec snadné tam přijít, takhle jsem nohu zbytečně namáhala, že to je teď ještě horší a ošetření jsem stejně neodstala. Today I came with an injured ankle that I couldn't step on and the nurse at the reception sent me home that they already had a stop, that they were closing at 7. If it had not been written on the Internet that patients were accepted by half past seven, I would understand. However, if this is stated on the site, I do not find it fair to say at 18:10 that I have to come in the morning. It wasn't easy for me with a sore leg to come there, so I unnecessarily strained my leg that it was even worse now and I didn't stop the treatment anyway.

Ovšem pan doktor Míka mě objednal na magnetickou rezonanci, ale už jaksi zapoměl poslat žádanku nebo mi ji dát do ruky, takže jsem tam šel úplně zbytečně, protože bez ní mě nevzali. K	Kamil Čičatka on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Toto pracoviste je podle me na velmi dobre urovni co se tyka pristupu a rychlosti, zatim jsem nemel problem dovolat, objednat nebo pote s cekanim na dokrora ci rentgen. Prohlídka se nekonala, protože jsem se po téměř 2 hodinách čekání v plné čekárně (pacientů, kteří se dočkali stejného výsledku) od lékaře dozvěděl, že mě bude muset prohlédnout příště, protože zatím není spuštěn rezervační systém na září, a o prázdninách zákroky nedělají. A prohlédnout mě může až v okamžik rezervace termínu. Předpokládám, že si i tak moji prohlídku na pojišťovně bude nárokovat, a cílem druhé prohlídky je pouze nárokovat si prohlídky 2! M	Markéta Hlavničková on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dnes jsem navštívila chirurgii a musim říct že personál je na profesionální úrovni.Sestry na recepci ochotný a milý.Šla jsem na kontrolu a čekala jsem pouze 15 minut.Sestra v ordinaci milá,hodná a hlavně usměvavá …Radka Šilhová❤️ Pro ty co tu píšou negativní recenze…lidi zamyslete se nad sebou,oni jsou taky jenom lidi a snaží se Vám po zdravotní stránce pomoct.Mají toho hodně a rozhodně tam nemají nohy na stole! The nurse in the surgery is nice, kind and especially smiling.
