★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dovolal jsem se napoprvé. Paní, se kterou jsem komunikoval, byla neuvěřitelně příjemná a vstřícná, na čem jsme se domluvili, to později platilo - e-mail s informacemi o prohlídce u smluvního lékaře mi přišel během pár minut po ukončení hovoru.
I reached the first time. The lady I was communicating with was incredibly pleasant and accommodating what we agreed on, and that later was true - I received an e-mail with information about the check-up at the dentist within a few minutes of the call.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pani doktorka profesionální, ochotná a vstřícná. Ale kyselá děvčata na recepci, která neumějí ani pozdravit, tu celou skvělou práci ostatnich kazí. Vím, že sester je nedostatek, ale raději bych pracoval sám.
The doctor is professional, helpful and helpful. But the sour girls at the front desk, who can't even greet, spoil the whole great work of the others. I know there is a shortage of nurses, but I'd rather work alone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I think this is the most horrible hospital in Prague. My company insures me there but every time I try to go something happens.
1 - They make appintments from 3 months from now: so there are very few doctors
2 - Only few of them speak english although they claim that there is not language barier
3 - I just called the reception and asked kindly for information in english and the girl told me sudely that she doesn't speak russian and closed :(
I greatly advice that you NEVER go to that hospital.
