★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pan doktor má vyvěšené ordinační hodiny 8-15:30 ale ukazuje se že v pondělí tam není, objedná na úterý "v deset? Nemůžete? Tak kolem dvanácté" ale ve 12:15 se zpožděním kvůli dopravě je "už na cestě do jiné ordinace". Přesnější informace by byla, že ordinační doba není, pan doktor je k dispozici pouze na telefonické objednání na přesný čas.
Ostatní pacienty se zlomenou nohou by mohlo ještě zajímat, že je to do prvního patra po schodech.
