★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Přišel jsem tam s jednoduchým požadavkem ohledně stavebního spoření, mělo to zabrat cca 5 min. 20 minut jsem čekal, následně mi pak snažili vnutit jiný produkt. Typicky milý, ale manipulativní přístup. Myslím, že v něčem mi i vyloženě lhali. Evidentně chtěli prodat to, na čem mají provize.
I came there with a simple request regarding building savings, it should take about 5 minutes. I waited 20 minutes, then tried to force another product on me. Typically nice but manipulative approach. I think they even lied to me in something. Evidently they wanted to sell what they had commissions on.
