M	Michaela Mayerová on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Myslím, že banka není doktor a že není v pořádku, že jsem tu druhá "ve frontě" a uz čekám 20 minut (přestože jiný úředník sedí u stolu a nemá tam zákazníka). I think the bank is not a doctor and it's not okay to be the second "in line" and I'm waiting for 20 minutes (although another clerk is sitting at the table and has no customer there).

D	David Fischer on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Již 15 let jsem byl klient této pobočky a vždy velmi spokojen s přístupem personálu. Bohužel se poslední rok změnilo vedení pobočky a tudíž i personál a to určitě ne v dobrém. Totální arogance vůči zákazníkům, zanechávájcí pocit, že přicházíte ne jako zákazník, ale jako prosebník k audienci. Už ani nezáleží ani tom, že eventuálně máte v ČSOB uloženo více peněz peněz, než si tento namyšlený personál kdy v životě vydělá. Takový přístup ke klientům se naposledy pěstoval při žádosti o devizový příslib pro cestu na západ v komunismu. Osazenstvo pobočky by mělo přistupovat ke klientům v rámci normálního chování slušně a s respektem, tak jak klient očekává v 21. století. Jevilo se mi to jako totální selhání managmentu této pobočky a řešení bude změna nejen pobočky, ale i banky, která si bude vážit zákazníka. Jako anekdotu uvádím: "slečna" se vás ptá, zda váš příjem byl získán na základě intelektuální nebo manuální práce a tvrdí, že se toto musí ptát na základě směrnice ČSOB. Na takové konverzační překvapení se nyní musíte připravit v pobočce Thámova. Jméno této madam: Neumanová I have been a client of this branch for 15 years and always very satisfied with the approach of the staff. Unfortunately, the management of the branch and therefore the staff have changed in the last year, and certainly not in a good way. Total arrogance towards customers, leaving the feeling that you are coming not as a customer, but as a petitioner to an audience. It doesn't even matter that you eventually have more money saved at ČSOB than this conceited staff will ever earn in their life. Such an approach to clients was last cultivated when requesting a foreign exchange pledge to travel west in communism. Branch staff should treat clients in the normal course of conduct with decency and respect, as the client expects in the 21st century. It seemed to me like a total failure of the management of this branch and the solution will be to change not only the branch, but also the bank, which will respect the customer. As an anecdote, I state: "Miss" asks you whether your income was obtained on the basis of intellectual or manual work, and claims that this must be asked on the basis of the ČSOB directive. You must now prepare for such a conversational surprise at the Thámov branch. The name of this madam: Neuman

T	Tom Mendies on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ i went to make a deposit. we have 2 separate accounts with 2 separate cards. i produced 1 card and the stupid teller put the money in the other account. How is that even possible or legal??? it's like me producing my card and they putting the money in someone else's account.
3	3 Pizzas to go on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If incompetence were a bank this would be it. First of all they removed the cash desk...to make room for the "premium banker"...fine. So I call the bank and booked an appointment. When I go at the agreed time the lady isn't there so I have to return only to discover she speaks no english. Our famous "premium" bankers" decides to come out from the height of her importance...still not a word of english and points out to a regular Joe at a regular desk. He was the one who helped me in the end. Very kind and sorted everything with no glitch. Make him the Premium Banker.
