Very professional, efficient and kind support. I needed to open an account as a foreigner for work purpose. I've got very quick answers before by emails about docs needed and opened an account in bank in very quick way. I can highly recommend, very gentle and professional people.

I am withdrawing my bank Account because of worst customer service ever.....Special hats off to Mr Martin Gala for his lame answers and (I dont care) attitide...and telling me straight on if I have an issue (it's your problem and nobody cares about it). Wow My withdrawal is on him.

very bad customer service, very poor quality of information provided by agents. If you planning to visit there to sort out things, you need to take 1 day off. I was badely informed about my current account, agent do not reply to emails and miserable. Also account fee is ridiculously high. strongly not recommended. I found Airbank lot better in term of customer care quality. If you are an expat do not go with this crappy bank, you will be a victim of lack of access to the information. Too bad I cannot give -1000 stars for rating.

I moved to the Czech Republic a bit more than a month ago and I feel like I'm able to give a good picture on this specific Raiffeisenbank branch and the service overall. Also as I'm not a Czech citizen this might be useful for people moving here. Also I was living in France for 2 years before so I have a direct comparison to the French service of another financial constitution. First of all, the employees in the bank are super friendly. Everyone is well aware of the difficult COVID-19 situation and it entering you already have a great first impression. It was very uncomplicated to open an account, there was no language barrier, as the bank assistants spoke English. If you are interested in online or mobile banking, it is also explained and setup very easily. Overall you feel very welcome. For my account creation I made an appointment, but also when I spontaneously came over with a problem I immediately got help even though my direct bank assistant was not in house. Big recommendation for everyone!

I had a great experience in this RB branch, perhaps the best in Czech Republic. I have opened salary account here and been served by Krystina, who is very smart, customer-oriented and very polite manager. She knows everything about RB services and explains outstandingly well in English, like it is her first language. Very satisfied with banking services.
