Karlín po katastrofální povodni z roku 2002 doslova povstal jako Fénix z popela. Z umouněné čtvrti s fabrikami se vyloupl úžasný kaleidoskop nádherných moderních staveb na teď už prestižní adrese Praha 8 Karlín.

After the catastrophic flood of 2002, Karlín literally rose from the ashes like a phoenix. An amazing kaleidoscope of beautiful modern buildings at the now prestigious address of Prague 8 Karlín came out of the emaciated district with factories.
