★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ATMs lie and tell you, you can choose your bills, but then when you want to take out 2000CZK, they don't give you any choice but one 2000CZK note. And then what are you supposed to do with such a high bill? Also, they try to rip you off with the scam of exchanging your foreign currency for you at a special rate the bank has just to rip people off.

Their complain department is separate from bank, you cannot resolve any problem with your banker they give you email from claim department which answers 1 time per week to important and urgent financial issues.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Slow and incompetent branch. Excpect to dedicate 30-45 minutes just waiting around in the lobby while the bnakers sit in the back and talk to each other. Twice this has happened and people walk out..
