★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poradkyně zde byla příjemná a nápomocná, ale chybí recepce nebo lístkový pořadník, takže tam musíte buď bloudit a k někomu se vetřít, nebo stát a čekat, až si někdo všimne.
The counselor was pleasant and helpful, but there is no reception or ticket waiting list, so you either have to wander and intrude on someone, or stand and wait for someone to notice.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stejna zkusenost viz predchozi recenze. Byl jsem odbyt nikdo si mne nevsimal a po 10 min cekani li bylo receno ze na servisni pozadavek se musim objednat. Hnus!
See previous reviews for the same experience. I was sold, no one noticed me and after 10 minutes of waiting if it was said that I had to order for a service request. Disgust!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Potrebovala jsem trvale zvysit denni limit. Zavolala jsem na linku KB, kde jsem si na druhy den domluvila termin na jine nez sve domovske pobocce, abych to mela bliz. Pan Liska byl vstricny, milly a vzyhledem k tomu, ze mel u me v poznamce, ze hledam nemovitost, mi dal jeste tip, ze si mohu zmrazit urokovou miru, pokud v nejblizsi dobe budu kupovat.
I needed to permanently increase the daily limit. I called the KB line, where I arranged a date for the next day at a different location than my home branch, so that I could get it closer. Mr. Liska was accommodating, nice and since he had a note in my mind that I was looking for real estate, he gave me another tip that I can freeze the peace of mind if I buy in the near future.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Asi jediná pobočka banky, která má hodinovou pauzu na oběd, při které tam nikdo není. Jediný bankomat nefunguje, nepřijímá karty, aniž by na to bylo kdekoli upozornění.
Probably the only branch of the bank that has an hour-long lunch break where no one is there. Not a single ATM works, it does not accept cards without notice anywhere.

The staff at the counter was not able to serve a customer who did not speak Czech, I am very dissatisfied and upset by her behavior.
