Центральной точкой этого нового городского округа под названием Новые Сады стала современная площадь Отмара Хлупа, где в 1910-1911 годах венский архитектор Людвиг Файгл построил новую церковь с высокой башней. Заказана она была местной общиной немецких протестантов (лютеран). Благодаря конструктивному стилю, новое здание было объявлено нео-ренессансным с использованием прогрессивных элементов стиля модерн. После изгнания немцев из Зноймо церковь долгое время не использовалась. Только в конце 20-го века эта необычная городская достопримечательность перешла в руки местной православной общины, которая её отремонтировала, снабдила новыми иконами и посвятила св. Ростиславу. Каждое воскресенье в 9:00 здесь проводится служба. When, after the construction of the railway in 1871 and the approval of the development plan, Znojmo began to expand beyond the medieval walls and suburbs, residential areas began to grow along the axes of today's Roosevelt Avenue and the street on November 17. The center of this new urban district called New Gardens was the modern Otmar Hlup Square, where in 1910-1911 the Viennese architect Ludwig Feigl built a new church with a high tower. It was ordered by the local community of German Protestants (Lutherans). Thanks to the constructive style, the new building was declared neo-Renaissance using progressive elements of modern style. After the expulsion of the Germans from Znojmo, the church was not used for a long time. Only at the end of the 20th century, this unusual city landmark passed into the hands of the local Orthodox community, which repaired it, provided it with new icons and dedicated to St.. Rostislav. Every Sunday at 9:00 there is a service.
