★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's an overpriced scrapyard. No atmosphere, tiny cellars where guests can't move around, nothing interesting, just tons of scrap, arrogant and rude employees. Stuff seems as trash collected with no intention or plan. Dangerous for kids (broken glass vitrines, slippery stairs), no playground or kids corner in the overpriced café, need to walk through a layer of mud from a large part of the parking lot. The "city model" also partly broken and consisting only of random scrap. It also seems shady that it was an issue for the cashier to issue a receipt for payment. Unbelievably bad experience, avoid if you can.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Love the place. Though it requires ticket entering the house, you would not regret after entering.
1. There are many teddy bears, really a lot. I don't think I have ever visited a place with that much teddy bears.
2. It definitely brings kids a lot of happiness. Very cozy place.
3. The teddy bears are so unique and different. Kind of sad when I realize I cannot bring them home. The souvenirs shop has so little teddy bear.
4. The place is kind of far away from the city center, I recommend driving to Christmas house or you need to walk at least 1 and a half hour to the city center

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beautiful and romantic place to visit if you like Christmas!!! The decoration you'll see there is unbelievable! There are different colour areas where you can enjoy all the little things about Christmas even in the summer :) Recommend it!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We were here two hours before closing and would say it was a miracle! Sparkling new year trees full of increadable toys, many of them were handcrafted from glass! Outdoors scenes with moving forest and artic animals (toys :) ), biggest and cutest collections of teddy bears. No crowds at that time and as a result kids could easily access anything they wanted )) Lovely, fairytale place for all ages!
PS Apple pie in the cafe was delicious!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ For everyone who loves winter holiday season this place is a must visit attraction. Some 30-40 minutes of slow walking photo session is assured. There are many different themed installations in a couple of buildings of the old manor in which the place located in. Better to see that yourself. The age is irrelevant, everyone can enjoy the atmosphere of the Christmas and new year celebration.
