Ticket for one adult is 80kcMy mom loves glassware and I just love museums and art in general so we both appreciated this place. It’s a small museum, it could have had more on display I guess.. but it was alright. We managed to squeeze in a visit since it was on our way to somewhere else. The statues in the front are definitely fun to photograph.

This is a very interesting place, especially for those who love the results of human labor and fantasy. Advise to go without small children. Excursion languages: Czech, English, German, Russian. Price: $ 8 for the whole family

Don't go there if you want to buy souvenirs or you are in tight budget. 1. Without doubt, the things inside the museums are gorgeous, authentic and unique. 2. Could not see the glass making process. Remember to check the museum web page or call the museum before going to the museum if you really want to see the glass masking process. The time that displays the glass making process is different from the opening hour of the museum. 3.The souvenirs are quite expensive though, don't have money to buy any of them.

Small but interesting museum, even if you (like) are not terribly into the art of glass making.

First let me say a visit to Karlovy Vary will blow your mind! It's a beautiful small "spa" town nestled at the bottom of a lush valley with multiple hot mineral springs offering passersby the opportunity to fill their specially designed porcelain cups with the mineral rich liquid. My visit to the Moser Glass Factory was one of the most interesting tours I've ever taken. You will find a small museum (where we unfortunately didn't have much time to spend there) filled with some of the most beautiful pieces of glassworks I've ever seen, a gift shop with items ranging from low-high, and a courtyard with some very interesting pieces of glass art. Eventually we made our way to the factory for a guided tour and it was unbelievable. The temperature inside the factory is well over 110 degrees while men are blowing, turning, shaping and cutting hot liquid glass into their end product. It is a process that didn't appear to have changed over the centuries. I would highly recommend a visit to this pearl of the Czech Republic. And if you can, afford yourself a small treasure from the Moser Glass Factory. It's a true Czech souvenir!

Dont miss to visit this Museum! It it the place where you can find all these real Bohemian Crystals. Here originates those Crystals also from Swarowski. They are so wonderful and indescribably beautiful. We were able to buy some colorful drinking Glasses as souvenirs.

The staff were all very friendly and helpful. They take great pride in the products produced and on display. They produce beautiful works of art here. Anyone viewing them should recognize the artistry and craftsmanship that goes into producing the glass works. When I visited there were very few people. This was a good thing. The museum is small but if you listen to the entire audio guide. It takes about 45 minutes. I don't imagine it would be all that enjoyable with crowds. Finally and the biggest reason for my scoring of a three. I was told that the factory tours are only conducted in Czech. Seeing the factory and the process actually taking place was a big reason for my visit. Not much point if you are not going to understand the explanation and details.

I really enjoyed the English tour it’s not long at all about 20 minutes and another 20 minutes if you stay to watch the film in the museum.. but as a lover of glass and someone who had not idea of the companies history it was great ..
