Very bad experience with sales through the e-shop. The ordered glasses did not come despite the urgency. The company does not answer the phone or respond to emails.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Za mě zkušenost příšerná. Telefony nezvedaji omluva za nedodržení termínu žádná. Nechala jsem dělat synovi brýle potřeboval je akutně. Byly jsme tam ve středu a paní nám řekla, ze do konce týdne budou hotové. V pondělí jsme tam zašli znovu na to nám bylo řečeno, ze budou tuto středu. Takže jde opět ve středu vyrazili a paní začala s nesmyslnými důvody proč ještě brýle nejsou. Nakonec tedy byly ve čtvrtek, ale jednání strašné. Za ty ceny by tedy mohli dělat pro zákazníka více.
The experience is terrible for me. Phones do not apologize for not meeting any deadlines. I let my son make glasses he needed them acutely. We were there on Wednesday and the lady told us they would be ready by the end of the week. We went there again on Monday and we were told they would be this Wednesday. So they set off again on Wednesday and the lady started with pointless reasons why the glasses weren't there yet. So in the end, they were on Thursday, but the negotiations were terrible. So they could do more for the customer at those prices.

The goods did not arrive, they did not return the money, they ignored the emails. Two months have passed since the order.

Ordered glasses worth CZK 3,450 ordered, paid for, delivered and returned immediately. We've been waiting for money ever since. The optician does not respond to e-mails, does not take phones. My rating - Mr. Jan Chrtek is a thief.
