Ale letos mě e-shop překvapil ještě víc, když jsem bohužel musela jednu věc vracet. Peníze za zboží jsem měla ještě ten večer co jim bylo zboží doručeno. Což moc dobře vím, že neni samozřejmost. Děkuji a ráda se k Vám zase vrátím. Absolute satisfaction, as every year I order gifts for my husband for Christmas and birthday. Having the goods the next day after ordering is a luxury! But this year the e-shop surprised me even more, when unfortunately I had to return one thing. I had money for the goods the night they were delivered. Which I know very well is not a matter of course. Thank you and I will be happy to return to you again.

Koupil jsem si prut perfektně zabaleno, dodání v termínu co byl napsaný, když jsem potřeboval poradit napsal jsem mail s dotazem a moc jsem nečekal, že mi někdo odpoví, ale ano odpověděl a poradil. Potřebuju toho ještě mraky a už vím kde to všechno nakoupím. Za mě super. I read the reviews here and that's right. I bought the rod perfectly packed, delivery on time it was written, when I needed advice, I wrote an e-mail with a question and I didn't expect anyone to answer me, but yes, he answered and advised. Jednou se stalo, že měli položku skladem na e-shopu ( jednalo se o sypkou přísadu ), pán nabídl alternativu protože už nebyla na skladě. Vše se zde řeší v prospěch a spokojenost zákazníka a tak to má být. Objednávám zde řadu let. 35 objednávek úplně v pořádku mluví také za slušnou kvalitu obchodu a jeho chodu. Petrův zdar ? Always great for me. Next day delivery of course. Well packed, nothing ever tore. What always had came. Once it happened that they had an item in stock on the e-shop (it was a loose ingredient), the master offered an alternative because it was no longer in stock. Everything is solved here for the benefit and satisfaction of the customer and that is how it should be.
