★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Významný český architekt Josef Schulz (11. 4. 1840 - 15. 7. 1917) projektoval v poslední čtvrtině devatenáctého století pro tehdy ještě samostatný Smíchov několik domů. Dodnes jsou charakteristické svojí honosností a neorenesančním fasádami. Zdobeny jsou také sgrafity anebo dokonce sochami. .... Tento dům, jinak také dům U Tří červených křížů, vyzdobil sochami Josef Václav Myslbek. Dům je památkově chráněn.
 The important Czech architect Josef Schulz (April 11, 1840 - July 15, 1917) designed several houses in the last quarter of the nineteenth century for the then still independent Smíchov. To this day, they are characterized by their grandeur and Neo-Renaissance facades. They are also decorated with sgraffito or even statues. .... This house, otherwise also the House of the Three Red Crosses, was decorated with statues by Josef Václav Myslbek. The house is listed.
