★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nepříjemná obsluha, flek zůstal úplně stejný jak byl. A to mi ani neřekli že se bohužel nepovedlo vyčistit, dostala jsem to na ramínku jako kdyby to bylo v pořádku . Když jsem se podívala a zjistila že flek zůstal a upozornila na to dostala jsem vynadáno, že za to mohu vlastně já, že jsem to neměla prát. A to jsem řekla že jsem ho všimla až po vyprání, a i kdyby ne, to si snad myslí, že když někdo uvidí flek na každodenním oblečení, tak si hned řekne “nenene, to nesmím vyčistit sám, raději ho odnesu hned do čistírny, vždyť je to jen pár stovek” ?! A vůbec, je to nehorázné někomu, zvlášť zákazníkovi něco vyčítat.
Dodala bych, že nedostanete žádný lístek s popisem věci, jen učtenku na níž je napsáno Kalhoty a cena, ale když ji zapomenete a chcete se prokázat E-učtenkou v mobilu (jež obsahuje datum, místo, částku a i ID) tak vám též vynadají a pošlou vás pro papírovou verzi, s tím že pokud to nenajdete tak je to pokuta 150 Kč a strašně složitý proces vyhledávání, který je paní zřejmě velice nepříjemný. Nedoporučuji tuto čistírnu.

When I looked and found that the stain remained and pointed it out, I got scolded that I was actually to blame, that I shouldn't have washed it. And I said that I noticed him until after washing, and even if he doesn't, he thinks that when someone sees a stain on everyday clothes, he immediately says "no, I can't clean it myself, I'd rather take it to the dry cleaner's right away, because is it just a few hundred ”?! And in general, it's outrageous to blame anyone, especially the customer.
I would add that you will not receive any ticket with a description of the thing, only a receipt on which Pants and the price are written, but if you forget it and want to prove yourself with an E-receipt in your mobile phone (which contains the date, place, amount and ID) they will send you for a paper version, with the proviso that if you do not find it, it is a fine of CZK 150 and a very complicated search process, which is probably very unpleasant for the lady. I do not recommend this treatment plant.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pobočka v Kauflandu na Vypichu naprostá katastrofa. Obsluha nepříjemná, paní mi řekla, že šaty se pravděpodobně zničí a ať si je vyperu doma ručně. Manželova košile nebyla vyčištěná vůbec, naopak, na límečku jsme po vybalení z pytle našli flek od rtěnky. Paní naprosto neprofesionální, jednání příšerné. Tam už nikdy!
The branch in Kaufland on Vypich is a complete disaster. Unpleasant service, the lady told me that the clothes will probably be destroyed and let me wash them at home by hand. My husband's shirt was not cleaned at all, on the contrary, we found a lipstick stain on the collar after unpacking it from the bag. The lady is completely unprofessional, the behavior is terrible. Never there again!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dnes (20.5.kolem 12h) jsem žádala o vyčištění kožené bundičky s upletovými lemy. Přistoupila bych i na sepsání rizika, kdyby paní se mnou nejednala povýšeně, s totální absencí vstřícnosti. Měla jsem pocit, že jsem se vrátila do doby komunismu , kde toto chování nejenom k zákazníkovi bylo bohužel pravidlem. Bylo mi z toho smutno a stydím se za Čechy jako je tato paní co pracuje ve službách.
Děkuji za Vaší odpověď . V 11.38 hod. jsem platila v Kauflandu, takže v čistírně jsem mohla být cca 10 - 11 hod.
Today (around May 20 at 12 noon) I asked for a leather jacket with knitted hems to be cleaned. I would also take a risk if the lady did not treat me arrogantly, with a total absence of helpfulness. I felt that I had returned to the communist era, where this behavior not only towards the customer was unfortunately the rule. I was sad about it and I am ashamed of Czechs like this lady who works in the service.
Thank you for your response . At 11:38 a.m. I paid in Kaufland, so I could be in the dry cleaner's for about 10-11 p.m.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tato čistírna by mohla mít mnoho zákazníků, kteří by se rádi vraceli snad nikoli jen proto, že v blízkosti není pořádná konkurence, ale i proto, že výsledek čištění by bylo možné hodnotit více než kladně a více než 3 hvězdami. Alespoň sám mám takovou zkušenost. Co však zásadně ubírá možnost velkorysosti v hodnocení toho nejdůležitějšího u čistírny oděvů, je přístup personálu. Jak vidno z mnoha recenzí, nejsem tím, kdo měl takovou zkušenost první a úplně sám. Chápu, že obsluha není nadšená, když zákazník dorazí krátce před zavírací hodinou, konkrétně 9 minut před jejím skončením, ale stále je to zákazník a obsluha by měla vítat, že jí zbývá ještě celých 9 minut na to, přijmout další zakázku, protože taková zakázka přináší zisk, ze kterého je práce obsluhy placena (alespoň doufám). Každý z nás má občas špatný den, každý z nás toho má občas dost, ale neměli bychom to přenášet na ostatní a už vůbec ne do práce. Kdybych já anebo mé kolegyně a kolegové ke své práci přistupovali stejně, jako zdejší obsluha 20. května, bylo by načase se ohlédnout po jiné, zajímavější práci. Stále platí, že firmu dělají její zaměstnanci a také, že zákazník je náš pán, a to ať se nám to líbí, či nikoli. Zaměstnavatel by tedy měl asi více motivovat svůj personál k tomu, aby mu nevadilo přijímat zakázky do poslední chvíle a pokud je pravda, že se pokladna ve 20:00 uzamkne, pak s tím něco udělat. Provozní doba do 20:00 totiž neznamená mít tímto okamžikem zavřeno, ale být schopen obsloužit posledního příchozího zákazníka. Přeji všem zákazníkům vlídnější a profesionálnější přístup personálu, děkuji za vyčištění oděvů, kterému bych dal i 4 hvězdy, a personálu přeji majitele, který umí své zaměstnance přesvědčit o tom, že jejich práce je důležitá v celé šíři, nejen v čištění oděvů, ale také při práci se zákazníky, neboť majitele u pultu nepotkáte, ale tvář firmy dělají právě ti, kteří za ním stojí. Také jim přeji majitele, který podle toho své zaměstnance ocení a motivuje a nikoli jen sleduje na kamerových záznamech.

At least I have such an experience myself. However, what fundamentally diminishes the possibility of generosity in evaluating the most important thing in a dry cleaner's is the approach of the staff. As can be seen from many reviews, I am not the first to have such an experience first and foremost. I understand that the staff is not thrilled when the customer arrives shortly before closing time, specifically 9 minutes before the end, but it is still the customer and the staff should welcome that she has 9 minutes left to accept another order, because such an order brings a profit from which the work of the operator is paid (at least I hope). Each of us sometimes has a bad day, each of us sometimes has enough, but we should not pass it on to others and not to work at all. If I or my colleagues approached my work in the same way as the local staff on May 20, it would be time to look for another, more interesting job. It is still true that the company is run by its employees and also that the customer is our master, whether we like it or not. So the employer should probably motivate his staff more not to bother accepting orders until the last minute, and if it is true that the cash register will be locked at 20:00, then do something about it. Opening hours until 20:00 do not mean having them closed at this time, but being able to serve the last incoming customer. I wish all customers a kinder and more professional approach of the staff, thank you for cleaning clothes, which I would give 4 stars, and staff I wish the owner, who can convince his employees that their work is important in its entirety, not only in cleaning clothes but also when working with customers, because you will not meet the owner at the counter, but the face of the company is made by those who stand behind it. I also wish them an owner who appreciates and motivates his employees accordingly and not just watches on camera recordings.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poor customer service. I mean the lady (unfortunately, I don't know her name) who was very rude and treated me like if she felt disgusted by my presence. It was about 6.08 pm on 23rd of April. Hope the cleaning quality is not the same as the service level.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I left my coat here to be dry cleaned and returned a few months later to pick it up because I had lost my receipt, and I had given up hope of retrieving it. Anyhow, I decided to try to receive it back without my receipt. I described my coat very clearly to the counter woman. (There was only 1 coat that matched my description and indeed it had been waiting there for the time I said.. ) Very obviously it was my coat since no other coats were there that matched my exact description! I was ready to pay even a higher price for my coat however I was told I could NOT have my coat back without my passport! This would have made no difference, since I had not given my name nor address, when I dropped off my coat, and obviously I am not a thief since I knew all the details about my coat and the length of time my coat was waiting. A thief would not have this information. How many thieves visit dry cleaners asking to pay for old coats? Of course I do not carry my passport on shopping trips. I told her I did not have it and can I please have my coat! She told me sternly it was NOT possible without a passport ....as if this place is a high security bank.
This was NOT my first bad experience here! My first experience was that I had also another coat dry cleaned and it was returned to me with all the eagle designs on the buttons melted off . I did not have a "before " photo, so I couldn't complain,! Stay clear of this grumpy place or suffer the consequences. If you must use it, then take "before" photos of your clothes! This place has still to learn about modern pleasant customer service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They ruined my winter jacket wich costs 600€. It looks like they've just put it into a washing machine instead of dry cleaning! I'm not a millionaire, I was planning to wear this jacket for several years, and it was almost new, in a perfect condition, just needed some freshening up. I can't tell you how disappointed I am, I just want to sit and cry.
P.S. I also took there a summer jacket with a stain, the stain is still there.
