★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sehr gemischt eine Mitarbeiterin (die älteste ist sehr unfreundlich und nicht hilfsbereit). Tickets sind auch nicht immer vorhanden. Die jüngeren sind sehr nett.
Very mixed a co-worker (the oldest is very rude and unhelpful). Tickets are not always available. The younger ones are very nice.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vždycky ochotný personál. Mají iQOS i všechny druhy Heets včetně nejnovějšího druhu. Jen výměny iQOSu o víkendu jsou možné jen v nějakém časovém rozpětí, určitě ne po šesté. Aspoň tak to platilo naposledy, když jsem to tam potřeboval. Třeba to teď bude jiné, když si předtím člověk musí na zákaznické lince vyžádat kód
Always helpful staff. They have iQOS and all kinds of Heets, including the latest kind. Only iQOS exchanges at the weekend are only possible in some time span, certainly not for the sixth time. At least that was the last time I needed it there. Maybe it will be different now that you have to request a code on the customer line beforehand

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Geco Bělohorská v Kaufalndu, černovlasá arogantní slečna by se měla držet na uzdě. Jednání neskutečné. Navíc prosím aby se proškolila z nabízeného sortimentu, je chytrá, ale neví ani polovinu. :)
