★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Naprostá nespokojenost s čistěním bundy. Spousta výmluv při předání a další fleky na bundě přibyly při pokusu čistění - k reklamaci nechtěla přistoupit. Navíc si bere peníze dopředu.. proč asi? Očekávala sem, že bude chtít spíš zálohu. Doma jsem to ze zoufalství hodila do pračky a bunda se vyprala v obyčejném prášku i s fleky. Takže rozhodně nedoporučuju! Raději si dražší kousky dejte někam, kde jsou opravdu profesionálové.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Neskutečně arogantní jednání paní, co čistírnu provozuje. Zničené a obarvené šaty, které jsou pro taneční soubor jako kostým v počtu 12 ks. Nevhodně zvolené postupy čištění. Bez ochoty situaci řešit, bez jakéhokoli přiznání pochybení. V žádném případě nedoporučuji.
Dnes 23.4.2020 mi bylo navíc vyctena tato recenze, co si to asi dovoluji, když je krize.... neochota cokoliv řešit, paní nekomunikuje a svoji chybu zapira. S takovým přístupem podnikání dlouho nevydrží....
Příběh se uzavírá, stejné jednání i pojišťovny, šaty v háji, peníze nikde. myslím, že bude nutné více poslat do světa, jakou práci čistírna odvádí. Foto pro porovnání přijkládám. Obrázek si udělejte sami....první je originál, druhá fotka je po odborném čištění této čistírny.
