I	Iván Ángel Teixeira Maceiras on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good location, staff not very nice to be honest. Breakfast are decent, but on weekends is better to go esrly if you want to have a place to sit. Rooms are decent, have seen worst and have seen better. But at least they keep everything quite clean. Private room also ok, no mild and clean. Don’t ask the recepcionist as it doesn’t worth it, not very nice.
R	Reem A. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It really was bad experience.. regardless it was with reasonable price and it had a good location but it had many cons as : - Stuff and service weren't good & helpful. - Not clean enough & housekeeping wasn't good. - Buffet didn't have various specific and Halal food. - heating system not worked properly. - Noise from alarming system.
r	renato mello on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good place to stay. Spacious room and toilet, but TV stills old fashioned, as you can see in the picture. I had to pay for internet service. There is a great Continental breakfast with lots of options.
N	Niclas Welin on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Below average experience. - Unfriendly staff ~ Hotell manager was very Unfriendly and unproffesional when we asked for help or General advice on the city. - VERY loud enviroment ~ Do you have trouble trying to fall asleep? If yes, this is not the place for you. The hotell is located in a very busy area and the room lacked noise isolation. - No AC ~ The room lacked AC and got extremely warm in the morning, causing me to wake up several times. - Boring breakfast ~ Breakfast was very lacklusting. Bread seemed like it was from the days before and the dining area was cramped and too small to host the people that wanted to have breakfast. +Location ~ The hotell is located in a very central part of the city with great attractions in every direction. +Cleaning ~ good cleaningstaff

Well behaved & English speaking reception + Awesome room with all the facilities (including TV) and lovely washroom + what stands out is the breakfast (included), it can't be described. Unfortunately, I lost all but one photos of my room.
A	Ahmad Zarei on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ You are in Prague or you want to visit this city and you are looking for a desirable hotel with reasonable price? This hotel could be an option for you. We tried this hotel while we were in Prague and totally was acceptable. However, there were some deficiencies like no free internet access in the rooms, low light in the lobbies and hotel entrance. Their staff were really kind, polite and helpful. Its location is really great with amazing access to the city attractions.
J	J. K. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The hotel is clean and in a good position. Public transport is not far away and you can explore Prague very good from here. Around the hotel there are a lot of good restaurants and cafés. Our room was okay, the beds where a bit hard. But it was quite loud, every five minutes police cars and fire trucks went by with their alarm. The breakfast was not good, bread didn't taste good and the coffee was horrible. Even the milk tasted like water. Wifi costs extra and doesn't work that good.
S	Si Na on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not the best place where you can stay in Prague. I stayed two nights in a double room in the last floor in May. The room was very warm so I asked for the air conditioner. Although there is an air conditioner, it is not allowed to used. There is no refrigerator in the room. The receptionists could have behaved better. Saying a hi and a welcome has not killed anyone in the history!!! The breakfast is better than nothing, but still, this hotel needs a way better organization and quality for this price! I feel that they systematically reduce the options so that you pay for them. This is the case of the internet, which the free option is so slow that you have to pay to upgrade! Or the restrictions over late night return... You should pay a fine to be allowed to enter the hotel after 10p.m. Check-in hour is 3p.m. while checkout at 11a.m. All to say, if you have a better option, then forget about this one. This hotel is just not worth it!
