★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The people working here were very helpful and kind. The hotel room was a disappointment. I was with my colleague and when we booked we asked for two single beds. We got a big and two couches. Both uncomfortable... The small window in the room didn't have a cortain, we had to improvise with bed sheets. The toilet had a bath tub where I could not stand without my head in the ceiling. The location is perfect though.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stayed here in August and we loved it. Our suite was spacious, breakfast was great, and customer service was exceptional. We had some special requests due to traveling with a child and the hotel team managed to get all our requests honored. We would definitely stay here again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very nice modest hotel. Perfectly located to see everything. Good and generous free breakfast. We had the suite which is $20US more and worth the extra charge. The hotel is hermetically sealed. We had to open windows to get fresh air and control the room temperature. Without windows open, it is very quiet.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The hotel is housed in a beautiful, cozy and well-maintained old building. The location is great - a few minutes walk from the Old Town Square and within walking distance to the metro station and many attractions. The staff is friendly, smiling and responsive. I recommend Betlem Club Hotel and I would definitely choose it again when I go to Prague next time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very nice place to stay and with really great prices. It's close to all the historical places in the Prague old city. I really liked the decoration and the staff attention was great. Very big and comfortable rooms. The breakfast (buffet table) was amazing with a lot of things to choose!!
