M	Marcin Chmielewski on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The restaurant is poor . They only have one beer from their mini brewery and its not very good. When we asked them for some beer apetizers they told us the kitchen was closed even though (9 pm) their webpage says its open till 2am and they served food to local people without hesitation
H	Hjalti Ragnarsson on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff is rude and the hotel room does not look like they advertize. Brekfeast is average and wifi doesnt work propely. There are plenty of nice hotels in Prague to stay. I dont reccomend this one.
H	Harley C on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Morning staff in one particular was terrible. Beware of the blonde lady with bad eye makeup because she has horrendous manners. I asked where the breakfast buffet is because I walked in to the designated dining area and didn’t see anyone. She said “Um you can’t read?” I know that Czechs don’t like foreigners but being rude to paying customers are not okay, especially over a simple question. She doesn’t greet anyone, has a grumpy look on her face, and coughs without covering her mouth.
L	Legion1100 SMA on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We only stayed 3 nights but the place is clean and interesting since its build in an old brewary. The restaurant is nice, service is fast and the food very good. The breakfast was plentiful with very fresh fruit (sweet watermelon and pineapple), assorted traditional pastry, cereal, eggs and vegetables. If you want to stay in the center this is the palce to stay at.

Overall hotel quality is good, well located and the other staff were very friendly. However, this lady from the morning shift (04.01.22), simply was tremendous disrespectful. She was not professional to deal with costumers, we asked her to explain the calculations in the checkout , and she lost her mind and started to do sarcastic comments and began to discuss with us.
A	Alison Hunt on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lovely hotel in a very good area in the Old Town as it was very close to all the main sights. Staff were very friendly and helpful and the food in the restaurant was really very good. Good selection for breakfast too. Rubygott beer was excellent.

The staff in the restaurant have a great sense of humour.... If you like your humour dry ?. We keep coming back because it consistently meets expectations.

Location is easy to get to and nearby sites are close. Within 1 km. Tram stop real close. Clean rooms and standard amenities. Breakfast is amazing! Great mix. On-site restaurant has traditional cuisine. Reasonably-priced stay. We will return!
