★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ужасное место. Грубый персонал, отношение как к скоту. Дозвониться невозможно, очереди километровые, если прийти в 5 утра, то, возможно, на прием попадете, но не факт. Приходится ждать часами, чтобы они проделали свою очень сложную работу. Единственная возможность это запись через интернет, и то, время на которое запишетесь с реальным не совпадает. Я была записана на 2 часа дня, меня приняли в 3.40. Процедура в дальнейшем заняла 5 минут.
 Terrible place. Rude staff, cattle-like attitude. It is impossible to get through, the queues are kilometer long, if you come at 5 am, you may get an appointment, but not a fact. You have to wait for hours for them to do their very difficult job. The only possibility is recording via the Internet, and the time for which you will record with the real one does not coincide. I was booked at 2 pm, I was accepted at 3.40. The procedure then took 5 minutes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Це просто жах. Дуже довго все вирішують, жахливе відношення робочого пересоналу, просто слів немає. Навіть страшно в майбутньому до них звертатися, а що ж казати про те як вони виконують свою роботу одним словом"халатність" не обійтись, взявши в мене паспорт стверджували, що вони його не брали, ще й накричали на мене що вони мене вперше бачать. Омобливо хочу відмітити одну працівницю, яка проявляє особливу агресивність і неповагу до відвідувачів. Старша жінка брюнетка. Майже всі хто до неї потрапив всі були незадоволеними і розлючені.
It's just awful. For a long time everything is decided, terrible working relationship peresonalu just no words. Even scary future refer to them, and what to say about how they do their job in a word "negligence" can not do, taking my passport claimed that they did not take, and even shouted at me that they've first seen. Omoblyvo want to note one worker who shows a special aggression and disrespect for the visitors. Next brunette woman. Almost all who came to it were all unhappy and angry.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Katastrofální pracoviště!!! Cizinecké oddělení na kterém nikdo neumí anglicky, objednání na 9hod jsme se ani v 11hod nedostali na řadu....strašný přístup personálu a tragické řešit tu cokoliv !!!!
Catastrophic workplace !!! The foreigner department at which no one speaks English, we didn't get the order at 9 am even at 11 am .... terrible approach of the staff and tragic to deal with anything here !!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nejhorší pracoviště. Čekáte celý den než na vás dojde řada, zkusili jsme dva dny a u obou jsme se ani nedostali na řadu. A to jen pro občana EU!!!!! Pracovníci pracují rychlostí hlemýždě, za celý den vyvolali 6 čísel!
The worst workplace. You wait all day before it's your turn, we tried for two days and we didn't even have time for both. And only for EU citizens !!!!! Workers work at snail speed, they called 6 numbers all day!
