Po návštěvě teto konkrétní kanceláře toto pondělí vážně uvažují o zrušení zamluveného zájezdu. Dvě zde sedící dámy při jakémkoliv dotazu týkajícího se zájezdu neochotné, nepříjemné a odpovědi vždy stejného typu,,, pokud jste si vybral zájezd přes internet tak si vše řešte přes internet,, očekával jsem že když jsi člověk vybere 5-ti hvězdičkový hotel na 7 dní pro dva za 90tis tak se mu dostanou aspoň základní informace a odpovědi na některé pro me důležité otázky. po 20 minutách těchto odpovědí jsem odešel. obětují storno poplatek a poletím se společnosti která si váží zákazníků vic než tato společnost.
Pokud si chcete ušetřit nervy tak tuto kancelář v Ústí nad Labem určitě nenavštěvujte.

After visiting this particular office this Monday, they are seriously considering canceling the booked tour. Two ladies sitting here with any question about the trip reluctant, unpleasant and answers always the same type ,,, if you chose a trip over the Internet so solve everything over the internet ,, I expected that if you are a person chooses a 5-star hotel at 7 days for two for 90 thousand so he will get at least basic information and answers to some important questions for me. after 20 minutes of these answers I left. they sacrifice the cancellation fee and fly to a company that values customers more than this company.
If you want to save your nerves, be sure not to visit this office in Ústí nad Labem.
