Cestovka starej se sám. Jo a webový stránky jim momentálně nefunguji. Dále hotel Amuse byl i v TV kde klientům zničili svatbu. Musím říci dobra práce ! Jinak vystupuji pod značkou MYplanet. Celý pobyt proběhl bez problémů, hotel Estia Beach je hezký. Za nás určitě ano. Our beautiful holiday in Kos! At the airport a nice delegate was waiting for us, who took us to the hotel and we had a meeting the next day. The whole stay was without problems, the hotel Estia Beach is nice. Certainly for us.
H	Honza Holman on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tuto cestovku v žádném případě nedoporučuji. Dovolena na řeckem ostrově Rhodos byla noční můra. Pokoj a služby v žádném případě neodpovídaly objednanemu zájezdu. Na místě reseno s delegatkou. Po dovolené ihned psana stížnost na tento zájezd a Travel Planet se opravdu zachovala nedůstojně. I pres veskere fotodokumentace zamitli reklamaci a napsali s popisem, ze nase stížnost je ojedinělá. Přitom si stěžovali vsechny české rodiny uz na místě!!! Nikomu v žádném případě nedoporučuji, určitě se da prožít dovolená s jinou kvalitní cestování kanceláří!!!!! I do not recommend this trip in any case. Holidays on the Greek island of Rhodes were a nightmare. The room and services did not correspond to the booked tour in any case. Resolved with a delegate on the spot. A complaint about this trip was written immediately after the holiday and Travel Planet really behaved indecently. Despite all the photo documentation, they rejected the complaint and wrote with a description that our complaint was unique. At the same time, all Czech families complained on the spot !!! Delegátka na nás čekala na letišti při příletu, čekala na nás na letišti při odletu. Během pobytu nám vše zařídila. M	Martina Jerabkova on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rozhodně nedoporučuji s CK Travel Planet nebo CK My Planet někam cestovat! Včera jsme se vrátili z dovolené na Zakynthosu. Rezervovan byl krásný malý hotylek Mavrikos s velmi dobrými recenzemi, blízko města. Po příjezdu nám paní Delegatka oznámila, že nám byl změněn hotel. Odvezli nás autobusem do obrovskeho zasleho hoteloveho komplexu Palazzo do Zante s velmi spatnymi recenzemi, který byl daleko od města (20€ jedna cesta taxikem). Měli jsme objednaný rodinný pokoj se čtyřmi lůžky. Pokoj který jsme dostali byl jako že špatného filmu. Dvouluzkovy pokoj a jedna palanda k tomu, místo tam nebylo ani na otevření kufru, koupelna úplná katastrofa. Někteří z naší skupiny byli ubytování v suterenim pokoji. Po informacích na hotelové recepci se tohle stává velmi často. Reklamaci už řešíme.Ale určitě to nenecháme jen tak, první fotky a informace putují dnes na Čoi a právníkovi. I definitely don't recommend traveling with CK Travel Planet or CK My Planet! Yesterday we returned from a holiday in Zakynthos. Reserved was a lovely little hoof Mavrikos with very good reviews, near the city. Upon arrival, Mrs. Delegatka told us that the hotel was changed. They took us by bus to the huge, hotel complex Palazzo do Zante with very bad reviews, which was far from the city (20 € one way by taxi). We ordered a family room with four beds. The room we got was like that bad movie. Double room and one bunk bed to place, there was no place to open the trunk, bathroom a complete disaster. Some of our group were staying in the basement room. After information at the hotel reception this happens very often. But we certainly do not leave it, the first photos and information travel today to Cai and lawyer.
