During the evacuation from Egypt, we were treated rudely, we learned about our departure at the last minute and no one was even able to tell us that we were not flying back to Prague, but to Vienna. At the airport, we found that the travel agency we failed to ensure flights and flights we are so to literally shout after an emotional argument, later we also found out that the plane was repatriation flight Austrian Government and Eti paid for it yet, and no one told us that Austria and wanted us pay 600 euros, a sum we then from the travel agency broke a to intervene trade inspection! The overall approach of the travel agency was horrible, absolutely terrifying, clients are a piece of rag for them, you are only interested in them until you give them money for a trip and then they cough on you in everything, I absolutely do not recommend, Eti never again !!! For the first time in 20 years, my husband and I flew to the sea at the end of November 2020 only in pairs. With the ETI travel agency for the first time, but we were in Egypt before. We love to travel to the sea. It was clear to us that with regard to the coronavirus period, everything would be a little different (the August experience in Tunisia). But everything exceeded our expectations, when I miss some hand disinfection, measuring the temperature at each entrance to the restaurant, which each hotel has a little differently - the restaurant was served by very nice staff in a veil, food was enough, including salads, fresh fruit, desserts you are each. The rooms are true equipped with older furniture, but everywhere was clean, regular daily cleaning, beach towels every day change directly in the room. As for the beach, it is adjusted daily even with a minimum number of guests in the hotel, the bar on the beach and on the pier works in normal mode. The delegate spoke Slovak and, in addition to the introductory meeting, we only saw him when he left. In front of the hotel is the huge SIVA MALL, where you can buy from the pharmacy to the clothes and if there is a taste, there are also many cafes and restaurants, including McDonald's, KFC. Everything from start to finish was flawless, so next time with ETI Travel Agency.

We were on holiday in Egypt through the ETI travel agency and we were very satisfied. We liked the hotel very much, cleanliness everywhere, nice staff, delicious food and a beautiful private sandy beach. We also commend ETI Travel Agency for the service during the mediation of the holiday. The staff of the EIT TA helped us very well with the selection and was always very pleasant. We will definitely use the services of this travel agency in the future.

Unfortunately, we had to fly with ck ETi via the intermediary Dovolena.cz in June 2020. The covid came along with lex vouchers. On the day when the money was to be returned from the deposit by the statutory deadline, however, the money did not arrive, but an email that the return is in progress. Since only I personally know about several clients who did not get their money back even after more than a year, I decided to file a lawsuit against this ck and I believe that I will not be the only one. If possible, give those two thousand extra and fly away with a more trustworthy ck.

In May, we went on holiday to Egypt with ETI Travel Agency to the 5 * hotel Waterworld Makadi Bay and I would like to warn all potential clients of ETI Travel Agency. The first surprise (or thief) took place right at the airport, when processing the visa. A visa with an EIT representative cost € 28 or $ 33, even though it should cost $ 25. The fact that the travel agency writes it in the instructions for the trip just doesn't give the word "we'll rob you" there, it doesn't make it a fair service. After the first two nights at the hotel, for the first time in my life, I was forced to complain about the level of room and service. Despite the "covid" spell, the hotel management immediately tried to be as accommodating as possible. In the end, perhaps to mutual satisfaction, although I would expect more from 5 *, covid necovid. However, the communication with the traveler was much worse, which is the reason for this review as well. Dear, Czech-Slovak speaking delegate, he explained to us at the first meeting what a hostage we are. The price for a visa? We had to solve them ourselves, it's always more expensive for a delegate. There's nothing he can do about it. Deficiencies in the hotel? Take a picture and send it, it will solve it, but it immediately admits that it knows about the different level with the neighboring PrimaLife, where we had the opportunity to compare thanks to acquaintances, and it will not do anything about it. However, as he says, Mr. Josef lost my trust when he added EUR 15 to the price of EUR 30 for the COVID test (he originally said 10, but then "remembered" that it was 15) for each person for "service" that imports the paper with the result. At the end of the debate, he drew a really strong argument that he does not force the tests on us, that it is our duty, and that we can easily arrange them ourselves, at prices without "thief" surcharges. The thought of looking for a covid test center with two children somewhere forced me to pay. Unfortunately, because I subsequently found out that in the neighboring hotel CK EximTours does not charge any theft fees, the service is the same, collection at the hotel, but the price of 25 USD. Complaints and subsequent correspondence with the ETI travel agency did not bring any excuse or compensation for theft surcharges. There can be no talk of German quality at all, instead of just burglary and robbery. So Egypt yes, the Red Sea Hotels network maybe, but with ETI Travel Agency NEVER AGAIN!
