★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I caught bedbugs in my stay at this hotel, if anyone is reading this, make sure you inspect the bed and room before going to sleep.
What I found most frustrating is that I contacted the customer care team and they in summary just wrote me "we are sorry, we hope to see you again".

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The hotel staff were helpful. Parking was easy, as there is a garage under the hotel. The room was of a good size, and everything seemed clean.
There was a decent view of the little park across the street from the room I had.
I ate dinner at the restaurant, and was quite impressed with the service and the food.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Relatively clean but not as much needed. The towels were like pieces of old clothes for cleaning the dust from the furniture. The bathroom had a nasty smell and you could sleep only when you had the door closed. The breakfast was ok but for sure whoever gave this hotel 4 stars he must reconsider. I have been to 3 star hotels million times better and more clean. The staff though was very friendly. However, I strongly not recommend this hotel.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ the equipment is not well, if you want bed for couple, you get two single beds and you have to put them together.... that something you do not accept if you pay such a price. The equipment is on the end of lifetime. You get only 2 teabags, two sugars, two coffe creamers... no way if you want to have one more tea, or more sugar. Call the reception is really chalange, better to go by lift but do not touch anything inside, it is covered by something fetty :(

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Word of warning: the prices at their website are only stated as "estimated" prices. At checkout I had to pay approximately 13% more per night as to what was originally arranged. They make use of a very bad euro exchange rate (26.50 CZK = 1 EUR) which caused me a ~8 Euro price difference per night. I told the lady at the front desk (Jana Vancová) about the contradictions, and suggested her that I want to pay the arranged amount in Euro - but unfortunately, I just received rude and undiscerning behavior. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone. Their business methods regarding pricing are very semi-legal. All-in-all it comes with a bad price/performance ratio for the region of Ústí nad Labem. The rooms are not well maintained; bathrooms had mold and 2 of our rooms had even defective shower heads. Breakfast was below standard. Coffee was not drinkable. Only positive was the location. Sorry!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rooms are well equipped, the electric kettle is available in the room with tea & coffee included into price. Buffet breakfast offers you a variety of healthy meals: fruits, vegetables, eggs, cheese. Attention of the reception to the needs of a guest is exceptional.
